I keep clenching my teeth and I don't know why. I'm not mad, cold, anxious, scared, or anything that would cause this?? I'm just sitting here watching Youtube things and scrolling through Tumblr but I have to clench my teeth together. I didn't even realize I was doing it until the molars on the left side started hurting. I figured since it hurt I would stop, but now I'm subconsciously bearing down on the right side of molars. I'm not grinding them (B/c I know that's common for some people??) or anything, just bearing down really hard and I've never done it before. This is the second time, though the first and only other time I did it was a few nights ago- but that was because my teeth were chattering from anxiety.

That sounds unpleasant. You could try putting something in your mouth, so that when you bite down it doesn't hurt your teeth as much.
Something like medication for pain might not be a good idea, if you want to stop and keep from hurting/damaging anything. Other than that, I don't really know.
