SHOOT i just realized I didn't address the last questions..
Vancouver is pretty okay. I would like to say that often times in the 'winter' it's very dark and gloomy. People with depression actually have a hard time during these months. Aside that though, it's a nice city. The ferry/sky train is all cool. Buses are cool. It's got nice parks and neighbourhoods. Although I will mention that it isn't exactly cheap to live there, and taxing is petty high imo. But it's still a nice province to be in and also a nice city. This is coming from a person who was in Vancouver just this .. April...? May?

we do have pretty different temperature's lol
tbh whenever I see people in Texas acting like the world is ending because there's an inch of snow outside I think about how tow winters ago there was literally so much snow piled up that you couldn't walk on the sidewalk to some places

vancouvers pretty nice, I live in vancouver actually. tbh you have a choice of big city or farm lands though- however there are the occasional nice towns.
pretty views, also we haven't gotten snow for the last year js. it does rain a lot, but in actuality it isn't that bad.

It was pretty thrilling. cx It freezes on roads and its not like people here have snow treads or even know how to use them, so problems arise. The weird thing about what happened two years ago was that, considering that we're Canadians, we SHOULD know how to properly deal with ice and snow build-up but the city handled it really badly ad poured down some salt-type thing that would be good for 10- C and above....when meanwhile it frequently gets BELOW that in summer.
