Hi there. Recently, I started thinking about managing/creating a new clan. This clan page will go under the name, "Sunset Waters". The reason behind this is because during Hurricane Matthew, my family and I evacuated to Clearwater, FL to visit friends. Every night, I got these amazing pictures of the sunset. The friends we visited live right on the intercostal and the sunsets are truly stunning. With this clan, I don't particularly want them to be found near the intercostal, but somewhere that still manages to achieve amazing sunsets; perhaps the Great Plains with mountains in the distance (think Spirit, Stallion of the Cimarron).
A unique concept for this clan that I was thinking was this: There is one leader and between 6 and 8 deputies called The Council. These cats consist of current high-ranking warriors and elders. These cats paw-select two or three apprentices who show the makings or qualities of a leader. The Council trains these cats for eight to fifteen moons and then present them to the current leader. This leader may do whatever it is that they want to do. Most of the time, the leader is not old enough or have not lost enough lives to retire; so the leader promotes these cats to high-ranking warriors (slightly lower than the Council). None of these warriors are given special treatment by the current leader and must abide by the rules the leader has set for the clan.
Side note: The apprentices that are chosen by the Council do not always show leadership qualities. Sometimes it might be that a certain apprentice shows more compassion than another. A leader has more qualities than striving to be the best warrior in the clan. Also, an apprentice must already have five moons of warrior training before they can be considered for this chance. Each chosen apprentice is at a different age throughout the Council's training.

Aww, great! Thank you! I'm looking for help especially in the area of territory. I want a plains-like environment and a place with hills and streams and such. Have you seen the movie Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron? That's kinda of what I'm thinking about...

Lol. I was just wondering if you could. You don't have to. But, I'd love to see what you come up with for the territory. I'd like a place where the medicine cats can go, a large space for hunting, place for the camp (prob near the water) and any other places you'd like to add.
