First of all, blaming one another for the presidential results is NOT going to help. Third party voters did nothing wrong by voting their thoughts. She same goes for democrats and republicans.
The problem is that the republican nominee happens to be one of the worst options we could have in this God forsaken year. And, people were willing to vote for him because he promised to shake things up against the government, which the American people have become increasingly disgruntled of and who Hillary represents. This means trying to lessen his many awful qualities and things he has said. This means denying more absurd claims as propaganda. And, instead of focusing on how badly he is at business, they attack his character, which emboldens his supporters because 'yep this guy is angry with us.' Trump is also an outlet for voices who have felt they have been silenced. His supporters are mainly in rural areas where there is little government assistance and there is strong dissonance against the government for leaving them for more important (economically wise) cities.
In turn, this America is more divided then ever against each other.
This is why WE HAVE TO STAND TOGETHER. Divided we fall, remember? If you want to stop policies from being passed you disagree with, you are going to have to fight tooth and nail every step of the way. If you want to keep this from happening again with an even WORSE opponent, you have to get aggressive. And, not as in anarchy, but as in determination and steadfastness. Refuse to budge a single inch. Stand up for the people you support.
It is a scary time. It is a divided time. We need to be encouraging each other as we all get together through this mess. It is just 4 years, and not much can be implemented in 4 years. It is extremely unlikely he will become president again, so it is safe to say it only 4 years.
For republicans: Congrats on the win. You now have control of the presidency, senate, and house of rep. Use this imbalance of power wisely. Think before you act, however. Your choices effect more people than you imagine.
For third party voters: You have nothing to apologize for. You voted your conscience, and you exercised your given right to vote. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
For democrats: This isn't the end of the world. It is only 4 years. And don't divide yourselves among each other. You have be strong and united more than ever. Take this time to stand for what you believe, and refuse to budge an inch on policies you disagree with.
This all being said, I hope everyone has a good day, whatever party you may be. Stand strong, and stay united. We're the U.S, right? Not "us."

Good morning, Just woke up and getting ready for work. I'm afraid to admit that I was crying all last night. My cat who was sleeping by me was drenched in the morning. R.I.p
Nonetheless it's four years. By which I truly hope people went out and voted for their local and state representatives. It is those people who we are going to rely on the most for action.
But at the same time, I truly hope that our allies understand that the majority of the west, and north east voted against this outcome. Because reason, morals, and the importance of communication stands today. It's important, and because of this every ally that president Obama has helped tighten our ties to will push back and call us stupid. Which we are; we are very stupid for the actions that have just taken place.
The white house a sacred symbol of the American dream will be turned into a playbook mansion. All therooms, and artifacts of history will be disrespected. I truly hope those lawyers working with the appeal hurry up-
