Here's something from a friend that has anixety as well
Look around you and name 5 things you can see, name 4 things you can feel, name 3 things you can hear, name 2 you can smell, and name 1 thing you can taste. It helps to say these things out loud!

Try counting your breaths up to ten. When you breathe in count one, when you breathe out count two, and so on. It usually helps me with breathing problems and anxiety. If nothing else works, you could always just try to take a nap
