Bucky's smile widened until he broke out into a laugh, white teeth flashing. "A career, eh?" he said. "Never thought I was much a show-boy. It always seemed more Steve's style. Well, maybe not at first. But he got used to it..." He broke off, his laughter fading and his smile turning into a straight line as he began to think of the past. It was such a different thing, remembering old memories from the past, because it was like thinking of a life that he had lost. It was almost like a dream, as if it never actually happened. He stared out into the airport, wondering when it would be their turn to leave. "I guess it's just something I learned over time," he said quietly, turning slowly back to face Alyona. With her staring into his eyes, he felt vulnerable, as if she was reading into his thoughts and knew all of his secrets - secrets that no one should have to know - and he quickly gazed back at his crossed arms. "Sometimes when you've known too much pain or too many emotions, it becomes easy to pretend, to hide them... or to be blind to them..." The last part was a mutter, talking to the air.

The appearance of a hand made Zen look down at it curiously, before she zoned back into reality when she processed the words behind. Grinning, she took a step towards Wanda and bowed; her customary greeting. "Nice to meet you; can't wait to get to know you." For once, she seemed to mean it. Besides, wherever they were going was probably far; and that didn't include taking a longer route for safety purposes. Looking at Nat whilst her head was tilted, Zen nodded in agreement. "And that sounds okay; though I'll keep my eyes out for anything weird." With that, Zen let her hands travel to her hair; running her fingers through it. Thankfully, her human form made her hair lose its purple sheen.

She felt the exact feelings he spoke, the small female taking a gander at her 'sweater paws' and pursed her lips. She felt like she had been spoken to on a deeper level and it was something that made her feel somewhat uncomfortable. The Russian had become so calloused to the idea of no hope that this felt like a 100% absolute nightmare. Her teeth skimmed over her lower lip, blinking slowly then. "Most of the time... Its a bad thing right?" She asked quietly as a strand of silver blonde drooped into her face.

Standing there, Alyona stood with drooping hair and sighing quietly. That, she felt was a bit better to let the silence sink in. Thoughts mulled through her mind, and she blinked her eyes like a wide eyed doe as she stood there. Finding as there was nothing exchanged for a bit, her legs straightened as she lifted her head. She reached up, hand poking out from the sleeve hole as she let it rest on his metallic arm. "Hey... Uh... On our way to our meeting point, would you think it possible to grab some coffee on the way? I think i need caffine to keep me up," she smiled nervously then

Bucky:
Bucky stared back at her, expression straight. "I am a bad thing," he said. But then there was silence for a while, when Bucky kind of just stood there beside Alyona, not sure what to say or do. He stared out at the room, at his feet, at the others, back at Alyona, and at his arms. When she touched his arm, he was brought back to the present. "I think we can leave now," he said. "And, sure, I guess we can get coffee. But it's probably best if I stay outside while you go in..."

Alyona gave a soft smile, tilting her head. "No, its fine- you can come inside with me," she told him quietly. It was then her tiny frame opted to move towards their exit as directed. Her eyes flickered about, her hands in her pockets once again and a soft hum escaping her lips as they entered the street and onto the sidewalk.

It was peaceful for the most part, aside from pausing on occasion before crossing the street. She was walking beside Bucky, swallowing nervously when they begun to pass a crowd of men. They seemed like a gang, silently watching them as they puffed out smoke from their lips and their hands in their pocket. The little Russian shrank and fit beside Bucky, seeming tucked in beside him as they walked and her hood lifting over her hair as they continued along.

They didnt get any trouble, which was good, but her pace had quickened in the slightest. Once they made another turn, they were in view of the capital, its large dome shining brightly in the artificial light and the Washington Monument blinking a small red light. Giving a soft sigh, the small female made her way down the sidewalk, shoppes and laundry matts lit up in the setting sun. "Theres a coffee shop up here!" She squeaked out to him. "They have the best coffee, i promise! Ill get you a sample~" she was grinning from ear to ear then, eyes alit with joy

"Well, lets hope we get a nice room anyways. I'll never get used to the rock thing. But, tons of suspicious people sounds about right." Amber said, looking down at her phone. Like she did on the way to get disguises, she looked busy; people left her alone. "Like the dude wearing all black across the street, looking like he's about to mug someone. Totally normal." She flipped her hair back. It was true though, there seemed to be at least one questionable figure everywhere she looked.

Wanda nodded, smiling at Zen. "Same to you." She finally stopped toying with her sleeves, adjusting her shades and pushing them up her nose. She then turned to Natasha. "When are we going?"

Raising her hand, she made a gesture and soon lead them to their exit and lead them on their own path towards the city
