Can you go to a store or does the hotel have anything you can buy that would have a heavy meat like scent? Or even try shaking a bag of chips to see if they come.

I have caught stray cats before and that's normally what gets them is food, or something that sounds like a bag of food being shook.

Have you thought of using live traps? They're humane traps that close once an animal steps on the trigger, and is like a wire cage of sorts. It's safe for them, and you, to properly carry them where they need to be. A lot of people use them to trap feral cats for TNR. I would recommend that, since these cats are most likely feral.

Because I'm only here for this morning, I can't get a trap in time, or else I would have. The grey cat (Who we've figured out is a male and the father of all of the kittens that will be born, as he's still packing), is super friendly and followed me into the room, the problem is the pregnant she-cats.
I looked for bacon, there wasn't any. I tried to get sausage and eggs, but they wouldn't come for it, and the grey cat wouldn't eat it.
on another topic, I love your signature Bleakfang, HU is great

Do you have a heavy blanket? Once the cats come in close enough you can potentially throw that over them and trap them long enough to secure them and pick them up? might only work once, though, since they'd recognize the trick after that if there are other cats for witnesses getting the male neutered sounds really important. i wish you luck!

Can you get a can of tuna? I've had tons of cats and although the tree I have now refuse to eat canned cat food, I've never met one that didn't love tuna. ^^
Or maybe you could try leaving a cat crate open with the can in the back of it so she'll go in? edit; I forgot you were at a hotel.

I spent nearly an hour and a half outside with sausage and eggs, clucking for them, but only the dark grey tom cat (Who is the father of all of the kittens, not the mother of the cats I saw), came. I nearly caught her, but I needed help to get up to a higher place on the fence where she was sitting, and no one would come help me before she jumped off. I had to leave without her. I did alert hotel management that they had a blind, pregnant cat on the property, and they said that they kept an eye out for the strays in the area, and would watch out for her if they could.

have you TRIED to contact humane society or whatever? if there's a blind pregnant cat roaming around they should come running. as said earlier, you should not be dealing with strays in you're inexperienced.

I've attempted it before, like I said, and I'm far more experienced with strays than most people. I can handle catching them without any assistant methods usually, the problem was just getting something meaty smelling to get her close to me. She would come sniff my hand, and I should have grabbed her quickly, but I didn't know she was pregnant until she was already wary of me. I had meant to try to catch her, bring her upstairs to clean her up a bit and assess her eyes, and then I saw her belly, and realized she was pregnant. I didn't have any supplies.
I have caught strays before, I raised a litter of four kittens with a stray mother and another stray she-cat in my room when I was younger, in an attempt to help the young ones be more social and adoptable, and get Anissa and Cyan, the adults, to be less skittish. They both eventually got social enough to adopt out.
