Way back when around 2011 I stumbled on the forums and read a few graphic novels that were on here. I found one that I really liked, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. If anyone could help me at least remember and maybe even locate the author or art itself then I would be eternally grateful. I realize that the old forums are gone but I figured I'd at least try to see if the artist of this particular gm posted it elsewhere, like DeviantArt or somewhere else. Anyway here's what I remember about the gm:
- The Characters were cat-like creatures with slender bodies and taller ears. A few had companions that were other animals, like barn owls and ferrets. Anyway they could walk on four legs or two and they had the ability to drive "horse"-drawn covered wagons.
- The art was pencil, and the artist said everything had been hand-drawn. There were about 30 pages when I last saw it and it was still going on.
- Here's what I remember the plot being. A family of said cat-creatures being driven in a covered wagon by another creature who had a wide-brimmed hat. Something happened and either wolf-creatures or more cat-creatures appear out of no where and attack the "horse" thing pulling the wagon. Another cat creature villain comes out of the shadows and steals the baby creature and supposedly kills it. Flash forward. A cat creature and a barn owl are running away from a cat creature and a ferret. Or something. They had stolen something I think...and that's where my mind goes blank.
If anyone remembers something like this or has any information whatsoever then please please please don't be shy and post here. This was my absolute favorite GN for a while and I'd like to find it again somehow, or at least know it's name. Thanks!

Yah, I used to read that GN too. And your in luck, I have a list of all the GNs I was was reading at the time and I'm almost 100% sure it's listed. Just give me a second and I'll look it up.

I'm pretty sure it was called Fusion! A GN by Yours Truly. Ch. 4 Page 3! LOLOLOLOL by .:Shadowheart:. and that was the exact title at the time of me writing this list.

Hi! I remember seeing you around a ton and may I just say your art is awesome. If I could draw like that...gosh you have a talent, that's for sure. Nice to finally meet you!

Anyway, thank you for proving to me that I am not crazy. I remember desperately searching for it as the forums were going down and feeling terrible because I couldn't even remember what it was called...

I remember searching it a couple of times in late 2011 and I don't think it was being updated. Maybe the artist/author was busy, I'm not sure. I can't remember much after that, I'm afraid. But I can try to help look for it. Part of me seems to think that they posted it on DA.

Alas, that's what happens to too many gns. It's terrible because the authors always say "I'll come back to this later" or "Short hiatus!" then never return, leaving the readers to guess at what they had been planning.

Almost all the GNs in this list I'm looking through are gone, along with their authors. Though there is still two here that are still doing the series they started. -- I started looking. I am completely blank. Hmm I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure the art was more cartoony. Faces and features more round. I could have sworn it had something like Moonlight or Midnight in the name...although I was reading POM at the time so...I'm so confused lol. Oh well, we tried right? Hmmm... |

Never seen any comic like that.... Im sorry. I used to know many great artists from the old forums but I don't remember their usernames as it was long time ago since I logged in there before the board was deleted. I'm sure they will come back to the Art Forum again with the comic or something new. I am an artist myself. I just joined this forum out of nostalgia. I may work on some comics if I have time. Hey there splashy and mintedstar/fur ! I think I know exactly what GN you're talking about and I know where you can find it! It was a comic called Borador created by Loryska and I absolutely loved it too. You can find it on her DeviantArt page, her name is Loryska on there too, by going to her gallery and clicking on the gallery folder called Borador, if you'd prefer a link to it I can do that! |

Oh, that good. Have you heard of a fan fiction called The Forgotten Prophecy? It was a cat-to-twoleg novel? It was completed and it was saved a little on the Wayback Machine, but not the full fan fiction.

I've since lost the authors name, but may be able to find it again. I used to not even remember the name and found it in the Wayback Machine by its banner alone. Which was purple (if my memory serves) with a cat on one half of a divide and a human on the other. I'll see what I can find.
