so I often have issues with my blood sugar where I need sugar, like I'll be craving all kinds of sugary stuff and can get a little hyper or scatterbrained (I think this might be a common issue among people?). But I also haven't eaten anything today that made me feel like I had eaten, and often if I eat most sugary things if I haven't properly fed myself first. I'll feel sick, and dinner isn't done yet and I've got like nothing else to eat.
You see my problem here?
