For me they'd have to be:
Salty - I wish this word would die out. Every time you call yourself salty, you come across as really immature to me. I also hate how these days it's apparently excusable to act like an a** as long as you just put in "I'm a salty person!" Like no, grow up and stop making excuses for yourself.
Moist - It doesn't irritate me as much as it is a gross word.
I also get uber irritated when people use words like "doe" instead of "though" and such. It makes you look like an uneducated gangster.

But salty is my favorite word...
Anyway, I don't really have any words that bug me that much. At least not many I can think of at the moment

Any text talk abbreviations. A 60 some year old who my ex was "friends" with would text me long paragraphs of just things like "u r nise n we shold hng out"... that was really painful to type actually. But instead of just saying "you are nice and we should hang out" she went into a fifty paragraph text on the whole thing. All in her atrocious and painful to read typing style. So I just kinda learned to ignore her. She hasn't contacted me since my ex and I broke up thank the lord, she annoyed me so freaking much. No more texts looking like they came from two year olds Yes, it was that bad. I almost gouged my eyes out.

This isn't really a word but rather, incorrect grammar- I despise it when I see people write things like: 'His so cute.' or 'I could of done that.'

Giggle. My writing suffers because I refuse to use it. It just seems like such a childish word for some reason. (Note that the action of giggling is not. I'm a giggler myself, but the word is just so... childish.)
Also terrific. Because when I was learning English I understood what terror was and I knew what terrible was, but because nobody ever says terrific I never learned that it's actually a positive thing and not a scary thing. It's just illogical, but unlike the rest of the illogical English language, it's aggravating how illogical it is.

The word smol The word salty The word self-control (teachers use this a lot) When people use too many text abbreviations in one sentence (lol, ur, doe, gtg, etc.) When people overuse emojis (not even words but who cares this annoys me too much)
Also some phrases: "I'm a savage" (this is overused so please stop)

"problematic"- i used to say this as a joke before i realized what it actually means in modern context and i want to punch myself but it's just overused and it's annoying.
"giggle"- at least in writing. only exception is when it's being used for a baby, and even that's a bit of a stretch.
"that's so extra"- PLEASE. STOP.
and in general i just hate words that people use as slang but mean something completely different- "extra" and "problematic" being two of them and "salty" kind of being another, though i don't mind that one as much.
