But I'm worried people are gonna think my voice sucks (I think my voice sucks anyway)

You probs have a cute nerd voice is my guess, like my best friend My friends and fam say that my voice is insanely deep but it doesn't sound deep to me Then again I hear my own voice differently since I'm hearing it through my skull and fleshy bits instead of through the air like everyone else

I'm a good singer, like I've been in advanced choirs and I've done a few solo performances, and people tell me I'm good (and I agree) but I hate how I sound on recordings

I have a webcam that has a mic built in ( this one), so I just use that; it's a pretty decent mic. I'm not a huge fan of my voice, but I use streaming to kind of practice speaking. I've always talked way too fast - my mom wanted to enroll me in speech lessons when I was a kid but I was vehemently opposed to that - and watching the recordings of myself later helps me realize my mistakes and pay more attention when I'm talking.
