I'm Cherry and this is my plot shop!
Welcome to the mess that is my mind, and all of my horrid writing prompts.
Rules:
1 Please keep forum rules!
2 No Mary-Sues! Perfect characters are boring!
3 I'm not expecting a paragraph every time, and I will never use the term 'Literate' to describe a rp. But, I'd like it if I type 5-7 sentences, then you type the same?
4 Please don't start one an abandon it! If you have to, let me know please!
Basically, forum rules are my rules. In this forum, cursing, to an extent, is allowed. So my characters might curse a bit. Everything can go as far a PG-13 (Instead of PG) so, we can hit deeper topics, as well.
'Superheroes' (Song Plot)
A two teens are in the foster system. They're not siblings, but came from similar families, and grew up together in the foster system. One was abused and the other 'kicked out' of her foster home so they didn't have to pay for them, but keep their own paychecks. No matter what foster home they ended up in, they made sure o keep up with each other. Separate house or not. Something happens to get both foster homes discovered and they both get new foster parents. Things are finally starting to look up...
'Who Can Tell You Whether Or Not You're Worth Something?'
My character is blind. Her parents and siblings had always neglected her. Their excuses being 'She was a surprise baby', 'We weren't expecting another kid', and others of the like. She'd gotten sick one winter with pneumonia and needed an oxygen tank. One of her siblings messed with the machine when the nurses and parents were speaking in the hall. She went blind from too much oxygen being breathed in. This made her parents neglect far worse. She used to being told that she's the reject, that she'll never make it in life, that she can't do anything. Her parents didn't enroll her in school until she was eight and the state was about to fine them. Now at fifteen, she believes all of these things. In school she keeps to herself, does assignments the best she can, and stays out of the way when she can't. Her parents never gave her the attention needed to bring on the ease of daily life, and she has neither a guide dog or cane. This, is where your character comes in. Mine has no sense of self-worth and yours is determined to show her the ropes. Your characters' parent might also be an occupational therapist, so they want to help my character learn the things they should've when she'd went blind in the first place
'Try' (Song Plot.)
A girl got into a really bad car accident where the car burned with her still inside. After a mix of actually waking up, the worry of infection, skin graphs, and the lack of mobility in her left -dominant arm, she forgets something that leaves her reeling. After severe burns to the face, and skin graphs her face looks like a messed up version of Frankenstein. It heal some, and in a year -plastic surgery for what hasn't. What about school? What about friends? What about life? That's where your character comes in. The kid at school who teaches her a bit of self worth they learned themselves. Maybe they've even been through something similar.
'Best Song Ever' (Song Plot.)
My girl and your guy both go to a masquerade party from their friends begging. After the worst night of their lives -this party was awful -a person who seems to be having just as much fun *cough* None! *cough* as you wants to dance. You talk about everything under the sun, and you're both perfect for each other. The Catch? You don't introduce names before she leaves, and while you took your mask off at the end of the night, she left before the end of the party. The guy has no idea who she was, and my girl -is blind. What now?
'Never Have I Ever... Said What I Meant, And Meant What I Said.'
My character has been friends with yours since they were in the first grade. Her parents died in a car crash, and she'd been selectively mute (Has nothing wrong with her vocals chords, doesn't speak much -if at all.) ever since. Your character knew sign language that young for whatever reason, and they just stuck like glue from that first day. My character got adopted, but nothing changed. The one thing your character likes that mine has nothing to do with is their city's famous show choir. One day when your character has to get something from what should be an empty room, they hear someone with the best voice they'd ever heard. They tell my character who immediately shies away from trying to find out who she is, but your character is insistent. The choir lost several strong vocals and needs the boost. We'll go from there.
If you don't like any of these, we can try to brainstorm (please don't feel badly if I shoot you down.) or you can suggest a plot of your own. We could always try a jump in! I'm up for it!
