I was noticing that a good amount of the stories in Off Topic Writing are for writing contests on there, and I know the Art forums have a sub board for contests, maybe writing could get one too?

Off topic writing doesn't get a ton of traffic like the other boards. I think just putting the contests in there is fine. If it needs to be stickied for the people who frequent there or wish to participate in a contest, then we can do that.
