Back on the old forums, there use to be mentors to help improve other's writing. I want to bring that back.
There are some rules I'd like to lay down.
1. Get to know your apprentice/mentor. This isn't just a place to improve writing. It's also a place to improve friendships. You'll also understand their writing a lot better this way.
2. Criticize and complement. People can't grow if you don't tell them what to improve and they'll get discouraged if you have nothing good to say.
3. Be consistent

Example of work: Your Imperfect Friend, located in Off Topic Writing (can't get a link right now)
Times available: It's sparatic and depends on many things. Usually on sometime every day, though.
Favorite theme/genre: Horror/fantasy
Other: I will not do this too often probably unless I have the motivation to do so, such as an apprentice who is very much willing to learn and grow with me.
Sn: mintedstar/fur

Times available: It varies, but I'm on just about every day.
Favorite theme/genre: Fantasy and/or Coming of Age (When I Write)
Other: I wont be on in November.
Sn: Maplestone360
Example of work: A fan fic
Times available: On weekdays, sometime around 6:00-9:00 EST. On weekends pretty much all day unless I say so otherwise.
Favorite theme/genre: Mostly fantasy, and sometimes a romance here and there. 95% of my writing is Warriors fan fictions.
Other: I like to talk about Jayfeather. :3

Times available: Dont really know maybe pass 4:30 Nz Time...
Favorite theme/genre: Fantasy, romance and others....
