What are the basic mechanics of your average art thingy?
Well, you know what, I can't download anything on the family computer (which is so crappy it wouldn't take it anyway), so tell me how to use sketch.io
I'm satisfactory enough at pencil art, which is much easier, though IDK how to shade well.

Alright, I'll try to help.
Layers are god's gift to man. Use them.
If you have an ipad, I recommend artstudio. I don't know if you have to pay for that though.

I know all about anatomy, so, just a disclaimer, the drawing itself isn't the problem. SKETCH.IO is the problem. I have no idea how to work it

firealpaca is probably a lot better than whatever sketch.io is, if you can't even figure out how to use it.

•♕• yeah, dont use sketch.io. there a like 5 billion other art programs out there that are better also, id reccomend a tablet. this is the one i use, its small, portable, and hasnt had any problems after 5 years of heavy use! and its one of the cheapest out there! (well, the cord is a little weak so you might need to reinforce it with ducttape or something similar) if sketch.io is really that important, im sure you can look up on google how to use it. in fact, it has a beginners guide on the website so but my personal opinion? work on traditional art before going digital. work on technique, really hone it before moving over. digital art, while awesome, teaches some bad habits that will make it harder for you down the line if you want to continue drawing. •♔•

I think you might be better of with MS paint but that's probably because I don't know a thing about that program you use. I feel blessed to have Sai
