So, I called my bookstore, and my copy of Hawkwing's Journey is in. I'm heading there very soon to get it, and I'm very excited.
If you have a theory about the book, it's your last chance to post it, so don't wait.
Here's something I would like to happen in the book, although I'm pretty sure it won't.
Snowtuft and Sparrowfeather didn't manage to get back to the Dark Forest after the battle, because they were too scared of the StarClan cats. Instead, they end up around SkyClan StarClan. When SkyClan is driven out, they're drawn to Hawkwing's negative emotions like moths to a flame. They promise to help him out, as long as he manages to get them safe passage without harm from StarClan when he reaches the lake. However, over the course of the journey, they change. By the end, after they manifest in the real world to try to sacrifice themselves to save Hawkwing, they end up truly worthy of StarClan. (Also, there would be a funny scene where stars appear in their pelts, and they freak out, thinking the other cat is a StarClan warrior come to kill them.)

That's great that your bookstore has it! That is a good theory! I think it would be nice if we see Hawkwing find the Clan cats. And then he goes back to SkyClan with his findings, and then somehow all of SkyClan and the rest of the four clans meet up.

I have it now, but I'm waiting until I get home to start it.
Also, it only has 425 pages, so it's not much longer than Thunder and Shadow.

Lightflame Really? Don't they tend to be around 500, 600 pages? Interesting.

Hawkwing is obviously the father of Twigpaw and Violetpaw.
Pics, Lighty?
Also, I'm still not sure if I want to be spoiled or not. Hm.

I'm home, so here's a picture. I have barely any space on my phone, though, so don't expect any more. Also, totally legit spoilers, guys. - Bone is Cloudtail's father. - Darktail is possessed by the Rat King. - The dogs from A Dangerous Path return as good guys. - Hawkwing gets to the lake and learns that Graystripe died from high cholesterol. - The journey is actually a journey through time. Hawkwing travels to the past to escape Darktail, who is hunting him, but has to fight Scourge and Sharptooth. Also, near the end of the book, instead of being killed, Mapleshade follows Hawkwing back to the present. - Lucky and Kallik appear, with Midnight translating for them. Fearless also appears in a dream, telling Hawkwing to buy Bravelands when it comes out. - Violetpaw and Twigpaw are Bob's kits. - Following on the twist villain thing from Moth Flight's Vision, the villain is Frecklewish. She is the true mastermind behind Darktail. Hawkwing kills her at the end, and Darktail heads to the lake to get revenge. - Clear Sky is evil again. - The book ends with Hawkwing and Pebblepaw (now Pebblescream) teaming up to fight a giant bee. And I mean bigger than a car. - The canon pairings are Hawkwing/Dovewing and Pebblescream/Onestar. (He ditched Whitetail for a new trophy wife.)

Okay, I've finished the prologue and the first eight chapters, which I think make up the sample.
From here on out, I'm getting into the new stuff! Because of that, I'm going to make a new topic.
One thing, though. Apparently Pebblepaw is the daughter of Tinycloud and Sparrowpelt? I didn't quite catch where that was mentioned. Could someone point it out to me? Thanks.

It was mentioned in chapter 2 I believe, along with Parsleypaw being her brother. I don't remember where though.

Twigpaw and Violetpaw's parents are Hawkwing and Pebblepaw.
