So my best friend, Jess, and I made up. Not sure if you guys remember me ranting about her because she gave up on me for cutting, but she told me she was just scared I would do worse, and wanted to distance herself just in case. I may not think that was the right thing for her to do, since I'm not suicidal, but I do know where she's coming from. She also said she didn't know how to act, since that is a thing that hurts her, is seeing me hurt. And she does feel bad about giving up on me, and we forgave each other, she forgave me for scaring the daylights out of her, and I forgave her for bailing on me.
We're hanging out today for the first time in a LONG time, I think it was six months? We have a lot to catch up on lol
And our mutual friend, Riley, isn't happy. She claims she doesn't want to see me hurt again if we fight, but I told her friends DO fight, it's a fact of life. Jess and I WILL fight, as best friends do. It's just a matter of forgiving each other for our mistakes. And I don't intend to lose her again, and I think she feels the same.
And I don't hate her boyfriend (Justin) so much anymore. I gained some respect for him when he beat the crap out of my ex, John (Who is also his best friend), for being a deadbeat father to my baby. I mean he did offer me wine even though he knew I was pregnant, but Jess told me it was actually a test to make sure I'd do what was best for the baby. But he also joked about me having an abortion, but he does have a really sick sense of humor sometimes. I was not amused and gave him a death glare. But he knows what it's like to grow up without a father in his life, his father abandoned him and his mother when she was pregnant, and he doesn't want me or my baby to experience the same thing, however it seems we will anyways, no matter how much Justin beat the snot out of his own best friend.
But yeah, that's a bit of an update so.... yeah. Everything's okay as of now, we'll see how things go as we continue on in life :3
