Serious question here.
So if he was captured by the workmen (and I always wondered what the heck was going through those mens minds when a bunch of stray cats attacked them and got loose and everything. Like, seriously, whenever this happens it's really confusing because if a human in real life saw that they'd be like dafuq) and then adopted by someone, wouldn't he have been in a shelter or at least taken to the vet since he was, y'know, wild?
And if he had been taken to the vet wouldn't he probably have been neutered? Like, his owners at least had him for a year if it's from Dawn to near the middle-end of The Sight so it would make sense for Graystripe to have at least gone to the vet if not already having been neutered.
On the other hand, it seems like all housecats in Warriors are never spayed or neutered besides Smudge and Henry and that was in the first book to use as an example of a soft kittypet life, etc.
So do spay/neuter campaigns just not exist in the warrior's world?
