ɪɴᴛʀᴀɴꜱɪɢᴇɴᴛ Sergio bit his lip when the girl responded, and turned to face forward again when she slept. He could understand why she wouldn't want to be here, Sergio knew he would not want to be either. "Clatyon?" Sergio turned to his partner in occasional crime. "What Sergio?" Clayton kept his eyes on the road, slowing down when necessary and felt relief when he saw the large facility that was the space research center. "She's kind of pretty don't you think?" Sergio looked out his window as he spoke. "I haven't really paid attention." Clayton lowered his voice in case she was listening. If she wasn't around he may grudgingly admit that she was pretty. But Clayton knew he couldn't think like that, she was the last person he would ever want to talk to. What if he were to be assigned to guard her, even though it was Sergio's own stupid fault, since he brought her to the facility. He wouldn't put it past his higher ups to pull something like that. -- "Have you ever thought of asking for warmth then? Obviously I am not human and have some sort of other worldly power." Sebastian used his free hand to snap and saw out of the corner of his eye the fire grow bigger instantly. However, he didn't feel like being nice right off the bat. "But you didn't ask." He snapped his fingers again and the fire died. All of it. He let go of her, warping again to where he would be standing in front of where the fire once burned. Sebastian did so, so she could take in everything about him. The wings, the way he was human like but not at the same time, and everything else unnatural about him. "No I am not lost. I know exactly where I am, after all, I live here. I should know where I am."

Plot 4
Alicia looked at Dylan up and down from where she was sitting, "Who burst your bubble?" Alicia retorted, implying his bad attitude about her statement. She knew this kind of life would not be a happy one, that was not what she was concerned about. She needed the money to take care of her mother who had lost her husband (Alicia's grandfather) and could no longer work. Alicia's siblings didn't want to take on the job of keeping mom in good health so the burden fell to Alicia. Naturally.
Plot 13
Jessica grinned and pulled her gun out for underneath her seat. She did not care how illegal it was, she had to get things done. And with what her boss said 'a cheery smile'. Jessica aimed it at the man, switching the safety off. "Taking you hostage. Now get in the car before I shoot." She meant it, she had to, but Jessica wouldn't be too concerned if she had to kill him. It just meant some more paperwork.
Jack Frost Nippin at Your Nose
"I'm Kayleigh." She greeted him, not smiling. She hadn't been in this sort of situation before and didn't know what to expect. She knew all about the cold and how to keep yourself from dying in it. She figured that would help him out. Kayleigh walked out of the main room and headed to a linen closets where she kept all of the sheets, towels, pillowcases, blankets and more. She pulled out one of the fluffier blankets and came back to the main room. "You won't get better until you wear something dry or take off what's wet. So I suggest you take off your shirt and cover up with this blanket instead." Kayleigh headed over to him and laid the blanket down beside Cole.

[ High Seas ]
Annabelle looked up to see Lewis in mild surprise, annoyance flickered through her at the sound of her name. She never let this show, she was fairly good at masking her emotions, a skill that she had honed over countless dinners and parties. Annabelle wasn't irritated by Lewis, not at all, she was irritated at Riggs. Granted, she was a prisoner, but she still didn't appreciate information being spread about her. Even if it was just a name, it felt wrong. It was to casual and personal, most people that knew her first name beforehand didn't use it, always the last, or they let her tell them again. "Hello," Annabelle said. She noticed the plate in his hand filled with food, much more than she would probably needed. The corner of lips quirked into a small frown as she studied him uncertainly. "I have already eaten today," She lied. She wanted to say more, that she didn't want him getting in trouble... and that she didn't need his help, not at this expense. Lewis was already seen as soft, she certainly didn't want to make things any worse. [ I can post a starter for Medieval Magic if you'd like c: ]

Plot fourDylan looked over at her, quiet for a split second. "Life, Alicia. Life burst my bubble. Now, I'm going to say this one last time. Get over it. One little life doesn't matter. There is no love in this world, it's a myth. Who ever was in his life will get over it in a few months." He stated. Huh. So maybe his father dying when he was seven and then his mom kind of going a little bit crazy (pressing his hand to a hot stove because he seemed upset about the death of a parent) had messed the boy up a little more than he thought. Plot 13Kyle's brain froze, and for a minute, he just stared at her with wide eyes. What the heck? He gave a nervous laugh, looking for an escape route. "You're kidding, right?" He asked. He could run. If he ran in a zig zag pattern it would be harder to hit him. And that's what he was going to do. Or what he thought he was going too do. Instead, Kylar pulled open the door and got in, quietly pulling his seat belt on and avoiding eye contact. - Jack FrostCole lifted his head again to look at her, slowly nodding in response. He had rolled up his jeans as far as they'd go to get the wet spots off his skin, and he hesitated on last time before taking his sweat shirt off and laying it out next to him to dry before taking the blanket and wrapping it around his shoulders. "Thank you," Cole said, his voice kind of quiet. "I really do appreciate this."

Just Between Us
"Fiesty for a human." Chase had to put in, like usual. Mason just let out a sigh before changing the subject. He looked at Cassie, "I apologize about them." He motioned to Tanner and Chase, "But anyway, I was wondering if you could help me with something." Mason almost prayed that she wouldn't reject his offer. He needed her to come, we'll, wanted. But not Cassie, her blood. Tanner wasn't wrong when he said her blood probably tasted better than the food. School rules don't allow the vampire students to drink directly from the humans, and it has never been heard of anyone drinking from hem directly. Mason must be the first to really plan it out. But this would stay just between them.

Cassie shot a glare in Chase's direction, but she remained silent. She set her fork down, finished with her lunch. She had finished it all because it hasn't tasted too bad (and because she had been hungry). "Uh, sure," she said somewhat hesitantly. "And I do need my textbook back," she reminded him. It never crossed her mind that Mason was planning to drink her blood. Even so, she wasn't entirely sure with what he needed her help. ...Maybe this was a bad idea, after all. She didn't know what he needed, so getting her alone could be a very bad idea. Well, it was too late to back out now.

High Seas
Lewis could tell by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed. Or tired. Or both. He had heard it in his mother's voice when his father first passed away. He was the love of her life at one point, even if she didn't know what he would do to Lewis. He didn't believe her story about not being hungry. He used to feed the prisoners and they greedily took food. She may just be nervous. "I-I told I'm sorry..." Lewis said quietly, unsure how to word what he wanted to say. Would he force her to take the food? No, that was something John would do. Would he just take away the food and not feed her at all? Sounded like the Captain, and frankly, Lewis didn't want to be like the Captain. "It's not my fault I'm on here, I just..." he trailed off. Annabelle didn't need to hear his story. No one did. It was only Lewis's buisness why he became a pirate in the first place. He would be unable to look at anyone who knew the story of it all. Except Asa, no matter how hard it was to stare the man in the eye.

Just Between Us
"Are you that nervous about helping me with homework? It's a study group, you won't be alone." At least, that's what Cassie can think until everything he had in mind happen. He had to make sure to put on his charm, hopefully get her comfortable to be around Mason. That was the most important part. He made up everything about a study group. There would be no studying, it would just be the two of them for however long this went and what happened anyway. He has drank from humans directly, outside of school, but each one acted differently. Some just fainted, others screamed until he had to kill them, only one had fought back. But of course, did not live to tell the tale.

Oh, right, homework. That was a perfectly logical thing he would need help with. She felt foolish for hesitating when she had answered his question. Cassie felt her cheeks redden from embarrassment, and there was nothing she could do to hide the blush. "Oh, right," she finally said as she moved to grab her backpack.

Mason looked at her with a hopeful expression, maybe it would encourage her to come 'study' with him. {Sorry, mine is short too >.<}

Cass slept fairly deeply, eyes fluttering every now and again and her lips mumbling things inaudible to them as she dreamt on and off, switching between vividly chaotic dreams and heavy darkness. She was exhausted, and was asleep in that heavy sleep where you seem to sleep so hard that when you wake you feel as if you don't get any sleep at all. So, it was for this reason that she didn't stir for the remainder of the ride.
She didn't move even when they arrived. Instead, the new light from the building provided a clearer view of the girl. She was quite small, reaching only about 5'2", and she had fair, porcelain skin, dotted lightly with freckles. Her hair was loose around her face, having slipped free from the braid and was falling frantically around her shoulders, a warm copper color to it. Her cheeks were a lightly rosy, her eyes deeply bruised from many sleepless nights. She was awfully skinny, too, and it was somewhat disconcerting to see someone so completely unaware of the world around them.
[ so where are we gonna go from here? ]
--
Hazel gasped audibly when he snapped his fingers, the fire springing to life before her eyes. Her eyes glittered in amazement, and she was momentarily distracted before another snap of his fingers made the fire she had worked so hard for disappear. "Hey!" she shrieked, voice cracking faintly as she jerked forward, poking the embers with a stick, stirring up and blowing on it to try to coax the fire back. She stumbled back quickly when he pushed in front of her, sitting down roughly with a shudder as the cold began to settle into her bones, looking at him with wide eyes, bottom lip quivering as her teeth began to chatter.
"Well, I'm glad you at least know where you are. I have no clue where I am, and I didn't really want to sleep here on the ground in the cold anyway, so if you could point me in the direction of the nearest road that would be great thanks," she said carefully, getting to her feet shakily and scooping up her back pack, shaking harder with each passing minute. She swallowed hard, stamping her boots against the ground to try to force her feet to feel something before raising her gaze to him with a hopeful yet wavering smile, the chattering teeth making it difficult to look convincing.

{What we could do is have her wake up maybe restrained again or in a cell of sorts that Sergio and Clayton put her in. Unless you had something else in mind}
--
He crossed his arms over his chest and had an uninterested look on his face. His mouth in a slight frown as he concentrated. "Of course I could point you in the right direction." He said suddenly cheering up, but then as soon as that jolly expression came it disappeared, "However, I don't think I will." Sebastian turned his head to look into the woods to his right side. The girl was obviously cold and lost. She felt cold, freezing almost. But that would be impossible for her to have a below zero internal temperature, she would be dead.

[ i like the idea of a cell except i think bc they like didn't mean to kidnap her they might be kinda hospitable to try to like idk convince her not to press charges and then somehow they end up on the run bc her dad begins tracking them to get her back??
so like she could wake up in a room in a bed with like all her clothes and everything and she has like various bruises appearing and she's like "what the heck" and stuff?? ]
--
Hazel huffed, breath beginning to puff into little clouds. Irritation was starting to be the most prominent thing she felt at this point, and it became evident in the way she crossed her arms, jaw becoming tense and eyes becoming more intense. She directed her gaze to him, narrowing her gaze for a moment, teeth still chattering. "Well if you aren't going to help me, then would you leave me alone? Or at least tell me what you want? I haven't got all day here, and I dunno how much longer I can stay awake," she admitted, eyes dark and body quaking as she sat back down, the effort of standing getting to be more strenuous. This wasn't fair. All she had wanted was to do a nice thing for her friend, and now look where she was; freezing to death in the woods with some bird man creature that refused to help her and instead made her life more difficult. She didn't deserve this. She was a good person.
This wasn't how she wanted to go. Hazel had big plans for her life. She still had to finish college and get a job, find somebody who could deal with her ever changing mood swings and her quirky personality to settle down with, maybe have a few kids, and then proceed in becoming a politician and eventually becoming the first woman president of the United States. But if she froze to death here, how was she going to do that?

"Alright," she said even though she didn't know where his dorm was. Heck, she didn't know where many of the things at the school were located yet. She barely knew were her classes were. Then again, this was only her first day at the school.

[ High Seas ]
Annabelle's frown changed to a small smile as she listened to him, as if she solace that he was in a similar predicament. It certainly helped her not worry too much, before she had been worried about his mental health from being on this ship. Yet hearing him speak made her realize he was still just a kid, he hadn't let this ship taint him too much. She didn't sell Asa out, she wanted to keep that information close to her. She could use it another day to let discord run amuck on his ship, but she'd need more information first. More on the others here, although she was fairly certain she didn't want to meet any of them. Asa of all people seemed to not like them or trust them, which could not be a good sign. Asa was a very confusing person to her, he seemed to have some morals, yet when she first met him he acted like a wild animal. She ran a hand through her hair, already growing more annoyed at him. Since the previous night she had put her hair back into a loose bun, but tendrils of hair still hung by her face. She didn't see much point in trying to fix it, at least not right now. "I figured you weren't here of your own free will," Annabelle murmured. She glanced back at Lewis, trying to evaluate his expression. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been so cold. You are just trying to help... I suppose I'm too used to Riggs." [ Medieval Magic ] Corvus had spent the day working on calculating the solstice of the year, and when his light and fire magic would be at its strongest. Corvus was a strange sorcerer in this sense, he had to keep track of this sort of thing to know when to use what. His magic was chaotic, but it had order if you looked close enough. His best abilities were controlling the wind, shadows, and light, but he was beginning to get better at fire and Earth magic. Each one depended on the time of the year and day however, it would be difficult for him to control the light at midnight, but extremely easy for him to control shadows. The only constant of his magic was wind, but it didn't always follow his wishes. Yes, it was all very frustrating. He had all sorts of gadgets with him to keep track, he kept a small sundial and hourglass clipped to his belt, and even had a constellation map with him at all times.
East, his familiar, had spent the day boring new holes into his desk. East was a small woodpecker that had been with him since he had left home. The bird irritated him to death, but he still cared for him deeply. After the third hole was made, Corvus finally decided it was time to leave his work. He opened up the window to let the light flood the shabby room at the top of the tower. He ran a hand through his already messy hair and grimaced slightly. When he had started to work it was barely dawn, but now it seemed to be midday. With a small huff Corvus headed down to the kitchen.
[ I actually have a sketch of Corvus and East somewhere if I look cx I need to finish the picture and actually do lineart ]
