It's my least favorite arc, and I hate it so much. It was terribly written and extremely hard to enjoy and also full of cliche horsecrap. I would rant more but I seriously don't want to get into this.

Not just you. Whenever I reread the series I purposefully exclude this arc. Heck, I even reread Hollyleaf's Story but still skip OotS. To make things worse, I feel so bad about begging my mother for this series when it first came out and we were financially unstable. It was a huge expense because we live in a place where we had to special order them and ship them (with extra pay). True, I was younger, but how can I explain to her why I have only read it once and it sits collecting dust on my bookshelf, while the first series books are nearly falling apart  |
