Every time I think about him my chest just clenches with sadness, no lie. I felt so bad for him, it's ridiculous. Did anyone else felt like he deserved better after everything that's happened? Also what's your opinion on him in general?

Gray Wing was an absolute gem. He deserved a lot more than he got :/

He's okay. He reminded me of Firestar in a way, especially when it came to his complete obliviousness when a she-cat liked him. I still sometimes feel the need to slap him for that. Same goes for any other cat that someone obviously liked them because wow, talk about dense! XD
I did find him to be a little boring though, which is another reason why I love Skystar since I thought both his story arc and character were more interesting. I do like Gray Wing alot more than Jagged Peak though since at least Gray Wing wasn't a jerk most of the time.
His death scene was so beautifully written though that I actually cried. And I almost never cry when I'm reading! That's how good it was.
