First of all, is it fine to sell art for currency on other sites? I've not seen it on here, so I'm curious if it's allowed at all.
Second, is it ok to have an art shop that turns people's traditional drawings into digital art ("tracing" it)? All art provided would have to belong to the customer, of course, and they would have their art checked out to make sure it actually belongs to them.

commissions are allowed offsite [deviantart, etc]
with the owners permission, I don't see why not. You;re turning tradition art into digital art which i a skill some traditional artist wish they had.
