Reference for the poll:
There is a plug-in that I can use to get multiple avatars. However, I'm not sure how well it works yet. I need a computer to find out, and as of now getting access to one is going to be a tad bit hard. It is possible, however.
I'd like to make it unique while sticking to the core ideas of the original Fanatic Challenge. One of my ideas is to have a grand prize winner, a first place, a second, and a third. The grand prize would go to the person who posts the correct answer first, the first place prize would go to the second correct post, and so on. Therefore, the first four correct posters would receive prizes. The prizes would be:
Third place: A custom-made third place banner for their sig OR a custom-made third place avatar.
Second place: A custom-made second place signature banner OR avatar, and membership in the Fanatic Challenge Winner forum group, which would replace their post rank with something like "Fanatic Challenge Winner".
First place: Everything second place gets (the banner/avvie would of course say 1st place and not 2nd), plus a custom forum title.
Grand prize: A special, custom-made "grand prize winner" banner or avatar plus everything the second and first place winners get. Additionally, they will get a second avatar if I can get the plug-in to work out.
Also, since I know a lot of people don't read the Warriors, Seekers, and Survivors books any more, I was thinking of adding an additional "Miscellaneous" category. Questions under the Misc. category will be about either pop culture or world news, so keeping up with that before and during the challenge would be a must. For example, a misc. question that might be asked could be:
Who was the last celebrity to die in 2016?
The answer would of course be William Christopher. This way, even people who aren't up to date with the Erin Hunter series can participate.
Basically the challenge happens once a year (although I might change it to once every six months) and lasts for a week. Every day, the Challenge Host posts a new question. That question could be a Seekers, Survivors, Warriors, or (in my version) a Misc. question. Everyone then races to post an answer, and as stated above the first few people to answer correctly get prizes
