I usually add that on the joining page. If a prefix has been used twice, it is placed on the list not to be used again.

Guess who is sick today? Me! I missed my first class this morning. Had to talk to the professor about it.
Anyway! I think we should be done soon! I cannot guarantee when this will be up. I still need to do all the banners and dividers for it. And I'm working 25 hours this week (12 of them this Friday due to Black Friday). So I would say maybe this weekend? If I get everything else done by then. But more than likely, it will be December by the time this is all done.

My throat is hurting. I was already sick with this before. Looks like I'm sick with it again. Yay. I just want to get this exam and this quiz over with. Once these are finished, I should have time to rest and work on this stuff before worrying about anything else.

Introduction
The forest was dark. Although moonlight shown through the branches in the pine trees, the forest was mostly empty. In the distance, a wolf howled to the sky. You pad as silently as possible through the pine trees. You dart between ferns, desperately trying to hide yourself. The bright florescent glow that comes from your markings easily makes you spottable at night. You are out of breath as your race past a large set of boulders. Immediately, scents overload you. You know something is around here, but you can't tell what it is. Immediately, a large creature snarls in front of you. A fox, big and bushy, turns and rushes towards you, attracted by your florescence. You yowl in alarm but know there is nothing to stop it. You brace for impact. Suddenly, another bright blur rushes past you. You gasp as the florescence green cat begins to attack the fox. Other cats, each with their own florescence rush around you. You back up and stumble, falling to the ground as a few of the other cats stay near you. They watch you with weary eyes, and you watch them back. The rest of the cats ran off after the fox. After a few moments, the cats came back. The green florescent one was watching you with weary eyes. "Who are you? What are you doing here? How did you find us?" He snarled. His black fur shone in the moonlight as he glared at you. You stumble over your words, trying to tell him your story. He looks you up and down again before nodding. "I see. Well, we can always use more warriors in our ranks. We are few enough as it is. You can either come with us or never come back here again." You glance around before rapidly nodding and agreeing to go with them. The black tom smirked and nodded again. "Welcome to FlashClan."

Looks good a bit long but it is semi advanced, will the character forms have too be long also?

I always write them long. Or at least I try to. i always feel that more detail will drag you in. I'm going to be basing the character forms off of my previous forms. They can be as long or as short as you wish. I usually go long, very long. And I would like Semi-advanced too.

Yes well i'm kinda lazy and don't like too spend much time making forms though i usually make new ocs for every rp rather than reusing them.

Same. And it is easier for me to make forms by basing them off other ones.

I'd like semi-advanced. Anything less and I'd feel I'm stuck in a loop. I've been rping advanced rps for the past several years so I feel kinda meh about a lot of rps on here. ^^;;; So having it advanced would motivate me more to rp. ^.^;;; Also, I like the intro. ^.^
ps. sorry if I sounded like a snob.

Um....I've never had a list of prefixes that you can't use. I guess the only think I can say is make sure that it kind of sticks to the environment where they come from (so no ocean or desert names). And no crazy names like Rainbowkit or such.

History
In 2011, genetic study because on house cats to try and help detect HIV in animals. The first kittens to be implanted with the florescent gene was a success, and the kittens glowed under UV light. Eventually, a few of the scientist decided to take it a few steps forward. They began to alter the cats and kittens even more. They added different genes from different cat species, always sticking to closely related wild cat species. Suddenly, they had a breakthrough. They managed to alter the genes enough to create permanent markings on the cats that glowed florescence in the dark without the need of UV lights. It was a major breakthrough. The scientist began to talk about selling the cats in a private market. However, the government stepped in. They were weary about what the scientist had created. Had they gone to far? Would other companies want to do this too? So they silenced the company and told them to wait. To hold off on announcing the cats. Then, a kitten was stolen. It was unknown if a scientist or someone else had taken one. More precautions were taken. But more kittens disappeared until the government ordered the program to be shut down and all cats to be put down. Two years passed since the close of the program and death of the cats. The ASPCA conducted a raid on a house full of cats. At first, they thought the cats had been covered in some sort of substance because they glowed florescent colors. Hundreds of cats like this where found all at once. And most of the escaped the keepers and into the wild. The government was outed along with the company. The truth came out. The cats began to breed with other wild cats. Soon, to protect the cats, the government once stepped in again and marked them as their own species: Felis Candentis. However, poaching became an issue. The cats were hunted to be collector's pets. The new, critically endangered species was hunted. Now, the cats are hiding in northern North America. While fiercely protected, poaching does still happen. It is within the hopes of all that know about the cats that they grow and thrive naturally. There is very little human interference allowed with them.

Modifications
- The cats are have several different cat species that make up their genetic code. The first species which makes up the majority of the genes is the house cat (felis catus) that make up the coat colors and body build. The Iberian Lynx (L. P. Pardinus) was added to make the tuffed ears and the slight mane around the face and on the chest. The jungle cat (F. C. Chaus) was added to make the cats have stronger legs. Finally, Geoffroy's cat (0. g. Salinarum) was added to make sure the cats have plenty of energy and for a stronger body build. - There are seven different fluorescent chromosomes that were added to the cats genes. These chromosomes allow for seven different colors: bright green (EGFP), yellow (Citrine), orange (mOrange), red (mCherry), purple (TagBFP), blue (mTurquoise), and bright blue (Cerulean). - Each cat has one fluorescent color on them. They can have multiple markings but only one color. These markings can be anything from a band around the cats leg to copying the markings that their coat has. It can be simple or complex. - The colors of the fluorescence cannot be an mixed colors. They must be either be bright green, yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, or bright blue. There is some slight variations in the colors of how bright or how dark they are. But they stick to those colors. - Sometimes, a cats eye color matches the fluorescence. This is a little uncommon but not enough to be odd in the clan. - When a kit is born, the fluorescence is very dim, if at all visible. After three moons, the kits fluorescence is now fully visible (unless the kit has no fluorescence). The brightness stays until they become elders. When a cat dies, the fluorescence dims and goes away quickly. - During the new moon, all the cats hide in the camp. There is no moon to help hide their fluorescence from the world. The cats fear this time because that is usually when raids happen. To avoid being captured, they hide deep within their dens. Sometimes, they might even cover their fur, although that is rare because it can get pretty chilly.
Is there anything else that should be added?

You get special permission to use that color for one of your cats though. And I did agree to variant shades of that color. So a light red (pink) is allowed. It just needs to be a more red-pink. But, like I said, you get special permission to use pink. XD

Welcome
Welcome to FlashClan! We are a startling group of cats. We stand out so much due to our bright fluorescence. We live high in the mountains, making sure that no twolegs spot us unless we get taken away. We survive off of mountain creatures such as birds, squirrels, and of course, mice. We live in the middle of a pine forest, so we must jump high occasionally to catch our prey. We contend with wolves and the rare bobcat or mountain lion. We protect our territory fiercely. Our camp lies almost near the center near one of the Trinity Streams. We do the best that we can to make sure our camp stays safe. We avoid going out during the new moon to make sure we don't get captured. Our lives are not easy. We chase away those that are not likes us. However, we still help those that need it. If a cat like us is discovered, we welcome them into our clan. We can always need more cats like us. We enjoy the night as it is when our fluorescence glows the brightest. We make the best of our lives and do the best to protect everything. We are strong! We are bright! We are FlashClan!

Actually, orange for cats is the most popular color out there. The least are black, calico, or tortoiseshell. So while him being a rogue would make sence, him once being a kittypet, would not. Not to mention the clan would look down on him for once being one.
