Eaglesight trotted over to Shadedpine when he spotted her. His brow furrowed when he noticed her frazzled expression. "Is everything okay? I saw Cedarstar return, he looked like he were in a daze."

Shadedpine smiled at the tom softly and sat down, letting out a breath. "Well... the gathering was hectic. Lightningstar and Sunthroat have been banished from Thunderclan. Shadeclaw has taken control and claims Starclan sent a sign that he's the true leader but after a while, Peachdapple said she had received mixed signs and wasn't sure what to believe. Swiftstar said that the Dark Forest is at work in Thunderclan. Lightningstar and Sunthroat are in Windclan as well as Fallenfeather, who was also exiled." She did her best to explain it all.

"StarClan!" Eaglesight gasped at her, eyes growing wide. "The Dark Forest? Are you sure?" He shifted his paws, glancing lightly over at his father. "Shadedpine, this isn't good. I've always known Lightningstar to be a noble leader. The Dark Forest is a serious threat to all the Clans. Did Cedarstar say anything?" He glanced over at the ShadowClan leader. "Are we going to help drive out Shadeclaw? Did StarClan send any signs tonight?"

Ashrock growled out in annoyance. He glanced over at his brother, Cedarstar looked like a nervous wreck when he first entered the camp, but he seemed to be slowly getting those nerves back. "I hope he didn't screw things up for the Clan!"

Shadedpine shook her head. "Earthstar, Cedarstar, and Spiritstar stayed out of the fighting between Swiftstar and Shadeclaw. Starclan didn't send any signs, not even to the medicine cats." She let out a breath and hung her head. "What's going to happen to the clans? The Dark Forest is a serious threat."

Eaglesight nodded in agreement, his ears flicked with his unease about this. "All of AdderClan could happen again if we let this go." He took a deep breath and looked up toward the starry sky. "Is StarClan testing the Clans or something? Why would stay silent about this?"

Oakstalk looked at Ashrock as he approached. "Lightningstar was banished from his clan, Thunderclan had a new leader in Shadestar." He spoke. "Swiftstar then got up and said the dark forest was helping Shadestar and not Starclan like he claimed."

"Whatever Cedarstar decides, I suppose." Eaglesight looked over to where the leader was speaking with Cloudscar. "I'm not sure Cedarstar would want to stick his nose into this. He just became leader and the Clan has enough to worry about prey-wise."

Sootwhisker sighed. "I... I don't know. I wouldn't doubt it, but it all seems so... strange. StarClan didn't even send a sign or anything." He said to Littlemoon, looking up at the clear sky. "Hopefully it can be sorted out without us having to intervene... but I just hope nothing like this ever happens to ShadowClan, now that the Dark Forest knows that it can be possible if they truly did take over ThunderClan."

Eaglesight nodded in agreement. "I've heard enough stories from my father to believe that. I hope Cedarstar decides to do something."
