I'm sorry if people think I'm overhyped about the movie, and I won't say names. But I'm not ashamed. Warriors has been my favorite thing since the end of 2007, and I've always wanted this to happen whether it turns out good or bad. It'll be interesting I think to see my favorite characters come to life. I was fooled so many times when I was younger, thinking there was going to be something when it was just fake, and now I can truly say that there is going to be a movie.
I want to make a separate thread later on tonight, or this weekend dedicated to just news and updates about the movie, and I'll be giving credit of course to any information someone else finds and posts first.
This thread will be for just having fun and sharing who you would want to cast for the first book. I really liked LZRD WZRD'S idea of making the first movie (since they're planning on doing more than one film) just the first book, a second film to be Fire and Ice and Forest of Secrets, the third to be Rising Storm and Dangerous Path, and a fourth to be the Darkest Hour.
Of course, you can post characters outside of the first book if you want, I won't stop anyone. Also, if you're posting an unfamiliar actor, it would be really nice if you could put a few of the films that they have been in in parentheses next to their name so that acting junkies like me or people who are just curious can research them.
I'll post my list later, but feel free to start!
