What sort of changes do you think will be made to the film from the books, if at all?
Honestly, I really don't care much for this and just hope Spottedleaf and Silverstream (if they go past Into the Wild) are at least more fleshed out as characters, along with a few others, than they were compared to the books, but I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the case.

Probably not, either they're going to condense all of the first series into one movie or we're going like harry potter and every other book series that gets a movie where every book in the series gets a movie (although that seems highly unlikely, kind of wished it was a series instead)

my prediction:
it will either be a barely-recognizable (but just barely) plot ostensibly containing everything from ITW to TDH, compressed into a single film, about as true to the original story as the Guardians of Ga'Hoole OR basically just ITW (possibly including a couple other plot points from later books) with the Tigerclaw part changed

I hope they cut out the romance with Spottedleaf and Firestar, and just have them be friends. But that's certainly not going to happen.

Personally, I would hope for some good changes. For example, family relations like Redtail being Sandstorm's father. Brindleface being her mother. Perhaps Dustpelt showing some worry/concern for Ravenpaw after he went missing. Also Frostfur being worried about Lionheart. I'd also want to see more character for the background warriors like Runningwind, Spottedleaf, etc. to get more character. Though that's probably not going to happen.
