Appledew 8/10 This has some lovely mental imagery, and rolls off the tongue quite nicely. (Lyrical style)
Leanstep 6/10 It's easy enough to say, although it's a slightly weird combination, even for a lyrical name. (Lyrical style)
Yewspeckle 8/10 This easily brings to mind a speckled brown cat. (Traditional style)
Embernose 9/10 I love the prefix Ember- so much! This brings to mind a tortoiseshell who's a skilled tracker. (Traditional style)
Cirruspelt 7/10 It sounds decent, and kudos to you for using -pelt! I'm not sure how technical Clan cats are likely to get with cloud types, though, which is why I went with lyrical for judging. (Lyrical style)

ANCIENT & TRIBE NAMES

Minnow That Swims in Rill 10/10 This is so pretty! I don't know why but I love the fact that you used "rill" instead of plain old "stream".
Late Blossom 7/10 It's pretty, but nothing too extraordinary.
Plume Tail 8/10 This is a nice descriptive name that tells me immediately what this cat's distinguishing physical characteristic is.
Sapling Whose Bark Grows Coarse 7/10 It's nice, but something feels a little bulky about it somehow.
Cormorant Whose Plumages Shine In the Sun 7/10 This is also cool (I like your mention of "cormorant", since that's not something I often see in OC names), but the entire name feels overly long.

Dewflower - spotted silver tabby she-cat with long, thick fur and dark brown paws, pale green eyes 7/10 This sounds very pretty, and the prefix fits her silvery coloring well. The suffix fits if she is an excellent mother. (Traditional)
Pinestorm - long-furred pale brown tabby she-cat with darker stripes on her back and amber eyes 7/10 Another nice name. This works if the pine trees in her area have lighter brown bark, and if she has has an unpredictable, dynamic personality. (Traditional)
Oakleg - long-legged thick-furred brown tom with darker feet and amber eyes 6/10 It's a little choppy to say. The prefix does fit his coloring, though. The suffix fits if he's a good swimmer or runner. (Traditional)
Willowheart - long-furred light gray-and-brown she-cat with green eyes 7/10 Very lovely name that describes her coloring well. If she is strictly devoted to her moral code, the suffix fits. (Traditional)
Sunsong - golden tabby she-cat with amber eyes 6/10 I do like the alliteration in this name, but even in lyrical names, Sun- is still taboo to me since it is such an important object. (Lyrical)

Wolfspeed 7/10 I went back and forth before deciding whether to rate this as traditional or lyrical, because I'm just not sure about the suffix. But anyways, it is a cool name. (Lyrical style)

Seedspore 8/10 Another unusual suffix, I don't think I've ever seen -spore before. I like the alliteration. (Lyrical style)

Snakethorn 6/10 A decent-sounding name. (Lyrical style)

Vixenflame 7/10 A nice name for a ginger cat with excellent fighting skills. (Traditional style)

Fawnleaf - She-cat
A deep ginger cat with a darker underbelly, white spots all over spine (like a fawn would have) and white paws. Lithe and quick in battle trained to be a medicine cat before she fell in love with another tom. Rather than break the code, she became a hunter for her clan and couldn't have been happier. 8/10 Overall, a pretty solid cat. Her prefix describes her appearance well. You don't mention whether she was a particularly excellent medicine cat, which is what I associate -leaf with; her battle skill makes me think -claw. (As a side note, I like that she made a decision and stuck with regarding her relationship, rather than secretly keep the relationship and her position)

Feather's Dream - She-cat
A light grey cat with a deeper underbelly with thin white stripes all down her pelt. Tribe cat, trained to hunt birds and the like, was named after her mother dreamed about a feather that fell from the sky and into her paws before she was born. She is a very dirty fighter and will often use her surroundings to disable her enemy. Dirt in the eyes, fallen branches, other preditors etc. 9/10 A lovely name, and you have provided sufficient reasoning to explain why she has that name.

Frostwhisker - she-cat
Grey pelt with a white underbelly and a strip along her spine. Has black earsa and a raccon like tail. She has very long whiskers. Medicine cat. 7/10 The name flows very nicely, with a great traditional feel to it. I would be more inclined to imagine Frost- as matching a mostly white pelt. As for the suffix, I assume her long whiskers are the reason, but I would tend to pair that with excellent hunting skills rather than a small physical feature.

Littlewish - tom
Runt of his little, even at his age now he is still a very small cat. Dark grey pelt with lighter neck fur. Blind, misisng ears and tail. Has a very, veyr strong connection to Starclan. Is very kind despite his past, and he loves kits. 6/10 Decent-sounding name. The prefix suits his small size. I've never really been a big fan of -wish as suffix when it comes to giving it meaning, though.

Owlfeather - She-cat
Deep giner pelt with white underbelly and speckled with darker brown spots. Shy and slightly resvered, loves hunting, but doesn't do it much due to lazyness. 7/10 Very cute name! I usually think of Owl- as being for more predominantly brown or gray cats, but I imagine you're trying to convey the idea that her pelt is speckled like an owl's feather. I usually prefer to see -feather paired with an especially fluffy cat, but it can work as an alternative to -fur/-pelt when paired with a bird prefix.

Webdust - Tom
Grey tom with darker speakles. Light grey face and tail. Doesn't really know what's goin on half the time, but is still a very commited friend. 6/10 Decent-sounding name. Web- suits his gray coloring. My guess is that -dust could related to his speckled markings, but I'm not sure; I can't say it's one of my favorite suffixes.

Wildtail - Tom
Light ginger tom with a very long tail. Has a paler underbelly and a few darker stripes across his pelt. His tail is white and ginger with an odd black tip. His fore-toes are white, and his back paws are white. He is a very excitable tom, and he loves to run around. Loayl to his last breath, is deputy in his clan. 5/10 Cool-sounding name. Overall, I'm not a big fan of correlating names that focus on one specific feature of the cat, because it removes the possibility of earning a skill suffix.
