Is this place a lot more friendly and close-knit than the old forums? Like, I feel like lots of people on here know lots of other people on here...and that's really cool. (:

OOC: ...Sure, friendly is definitely the word I would use.

Probably, even though the flame wars are a little more intense. It's probably because no kids under 13 are allowed to join, so we've kinda all grown around the forum and became a community more than a forum to discuss religious battling cats.

I agree we're closer in some ways but I don't think I'd use the word "friendly" to describe it

Family, yes. Friendly? Well, a lot of people. But theres still a ton of hostilities around. I think for the mpst part though, everyone on here has seen the forums and lasted through its numerous stages for so long, this is just one more development to weed out the weak, and we're who is left.

Drama was a lot better on the old forums simply because you couldn't Private Message. Now it's just boring friendly stuff so I can see why you think that way. I can't see the juicy messages because they are hidden

I can't see the juicy messages because they are hidden Agreed, it was so entertaining to see they purposely mess with their social engineering to get proper responses out of them that comes from their personal self, as I cannot stand the Sim City approach others indulge their collective consciousness with, it's spitefully sickening to my stomach knowing we're so much greater than this sociological ball of false personas we like to display on here.

I mean honestly I used to THRIVE off of drama from the forums. I just feel old and out of style now. I used to be popular because I was so freaking rude in the past and now I'm just passively snappy when it comes to the occasional comment.
That, and being as subtly rude as possible for the kick of it and calling it honesty

Then can we have a general consensus to always keep drama public? Because that was the #1 most entertaining thing about otd tbh. Now im bored.
