Amanda stared in shock as the bird appeared. Nope. That couldn't be real. Nope, not at all. She rubbed her eyes, but the Fletchling was still there.

"Fletchling keep a look out, okay?" Kyle asks, in which the fletchling nods it head and flys a bit higher where it could see more; kyle then turns to where Amanda was. "i could hear you following me, but you should go back."
A- go back to class silently
B- demand to know whats going on C- ask how he heard you following |

Dream or not, Amanda wasn't leaving without answers. "What's going on here? You pulled out a card... and this pokemon popped out, and..." She paused. Did he just... summon a pokemon with a pokemon card?

"i'll explain more later, but nows not the time." kyle says, before adding. "Duck!" he pulls you both down as a water gun shots over head. when it disperse's, you see it had come from a Poliwhirl and from the looks of it, a wild one.
A- continue to demand him tell you

With few other options, Amanda hid behind Kyle. She peeked out to get a better look at the Poliwhirl. She remembered that it was Poliwag's evolution... the unevolved Fletchling he sent out earlier would probably not be enough.

"Fletchling, use growl!" Kyle says, when fletchling fly's down and then it growls in a endearing way which lowers the poliwhirls attack strength by stage 1.

Amanda frowned. Even with that reduction, Poliwhirl was still a threat... but could she help? What if she could use pokemon cards like Kyle could?

kyle pulls out another card. "Mismagius!" kyle yells and the card glowed like before expect what looked like a floating magical purple ghost wearing a hat. "use Power Gem!" he says, what looked like a sparkling ray of light shot forward and hit the poliwhirl. but it was a lower level and didn't do much, but make it angier then it was.
A- distract the poliwhirl, so fletchling and mismagius can attack it.
B- take one of kyle's card and use it

Distracting the Poliwhirl probably wouldn't do much to help. After all, it was already pretty powerful. Amanda quietly grabbed a card from Kyle's deck. This might be useful... its moves were on the card, too. She called its name in an attempt to send it out as a possible distraction or fighting chance.

Staravia flew forward with amazing speed, but the poliwhirl uses hyponosis.
A- tell Staravia to Dodge
B- tell Staravia to use Quick Attack to its advantage

"Keep going! It can't hit you if it can't see you!" Amanda shouted. It would be hard to hit a moving target, let alone a bird coming in a blur.

"Star!" the pokemon called dodging to the left of the water gun and hitting the poliwhirl from the side. 'she's good at this.' Kyle thought, before remembering fletchling was still out. "Fletchling Use tackle!" which flew forward as the poliwhirl seemed to stumble some from staravia's attack, fletchling's own attack hit as well.
the poliwhirl glowed before turning into a card, like most other wild pokemon. "your a natural, Amanda." kyle said as he picked up the card.
A- say thanks
B- ask what his going to do with the card.

"when a wild or rouge pokemon is defeated it goes back to its card." kyle explains, before taking staravia's card back as fletchling returned to its own card.
