actually even if you're working out you don't want to put a lot of water into your body because it can cause serious harm. how so? i don't actually know enough abt overhydration to dispute it i'm just genuinely curious well since people have been pushing and pushing that you should drink a lot of water before you work out people do drink a lot of water and it can lead to hyponatremia, which is basically a ton of water in your body so like your salt levels drop a lot. and that's not a good thing. so even in this instance you should only drink when you're thirsty. even if you're sweating a bunch.
