I noticed that the little titles we have right above our avatar change with posts/ranks. But I also noticed a few members here who seem to have their own custom ones? And they aren't mods/admins? I was wondering if there is a way to customize them? I'm a bit confused about this.

You can't modify those, they are given to users by admins. I'm not sure if moderator's have that power or not. There's been discussions on how those will get handled, but I haven't seen any updates on it. That's all I know.

Some members were given them upon request and one mod gave them out to friends
However tomo has gotten stricter about the giving out of Custom Titles && we're suppose to only give them out to winners of contest we will hold, possibly

Ooooh I see! I can see why Tomo would have gotten more strict about it. What contests may I ask? They sound fun!

I don't know what Tomo has planned. I'm hoping to give out Custom Titles to the halloween contest winners helded by pumpkin pie and captin america [kayla and forgive me I don't know the other one]
but if we give Custom Titles out to everyone, then it's not special anymore
Tomo even mentioned taking away custom titles from people but it never happened.
