These are African Wild Dogs, NOT HYENAS. Next time you're at the zoo, don't call them hyenas, because they are not. They are more closely related to wolves than hyenas. Especially because when you see them at the zoo they have a plaque RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU telling you what they are this has been a public service announcement

THANK YOU I hate it when people call those hyenas. They're some of my favorite animals; don't insult them by calling them hyenas. ):<
Did you know that hyenas are actually more closely related to cats then dogs? The More You Know.

nah I actually understand you completely. When someone mistakes an animal for another animal I have a strong urge to ramble about that animals features and some facts about them till the person submits.

this reminds me of Jaguars and leopards like guys please there is a difference it's not as bad as one time tho. my history teacher mistaked a leopard for a cheetah.
