I use a Swedish keyboard as well as an English one, so I almost understand your struggle, though I'm pretty sure yours is worse. I just get ä instead of an apostrophe and other minor things like that, a completely different alphabet is definitely a step above that.

Yeah, switching back and forth is the most irritating procedure. Especially if you have one set as your default and your computer decides to stick to that with all it's might.

go to settings > general > keyboard > then somethiing about different keyboards dang i dont remember i havent used my ipod in forever

Thankfully I don't really have this problem yet as my Dutch keyboard is basically identical to English. But the suggestion words change and it confuses my mom really easy? It's kind of entertaining.
