The Fallen series by Lauren Kate. It is very mysterious and takes a rather interesting spin on angel lore. That is, if you're looking for books to read with the subject of angels. I really enjoyed it and have never come across a book series of the same genre/topic that has its same allure and is as intricate as it is. You could go with the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick, and while I found it to be a decent series, it is far mediocre in comparison, and does not actually contain specific researched lore and is far more romance-involved. Both are considered romance series, but The Fallen is very centered around plot and lore and the other characters involved. I highly recommend it.

and, though the main charrie is a bit overbearing, he grows on you. it helps that he's similar mannerisms to BTVS's charrie, Spike.

I highly recommend it. i tried the "hush hush" one and i couldn't handle the romance, rip. i'll look into the fallen one though ! it sounds familiar so i've probably seen it in my school's library? I mostly read Hush, Hush because I do enjoy the angel genre. The Fallen was the first series I read of the genre, though, and it was captivating. Perhaps you have seen it in the library. I wish it was as well known and well liked as Hush, Hush, but pop culture's vampiric thirst for unrealistic idealized (and slightly obsessively creepy) romance easily ate up Becca Fitzpatrick's novels. The romance in The Fallen doesn't necessarily take a back seat, but it's done in a far better, more tactful manner, and delves very deeply into things involving the main character, Luce (pronounced like "loose"). Each book is vastly different from the others, and while it keeps the entire overall plot in mind, it doesn't forcibly focus on it and push small subplots. Each book is definitely a book of itself and keeps the subplots very relevant and the characters very interesting. The circumstances surrounding Luce are very mysterious, too. I was actually rather shocked at the final revelation of the truth, and everything satisfied me but the end of the last book. The epilogue is highly controversial as there are plenty of people who find it very perfect and satisfying, while I did not. However, do not let that small bit dissuade you, as I have much respect for the series and really do want to read it again. The end was one small bit that does not take away from anything else in the least. So definitely give it a try!

Reverend 3 kits have u seen it what is your opinion Evangelion I have seen yes. It's a really popular show and there somewhat recently there were some sorta remake movies. (We're still waiting for the fourth movie tho... I's been like years). Now for my personal opinion. I don't like Evangelion. It's supposed to have some deep message, and it sorta does, the problem is that message is stupid and the plot isn't very good.
