and tells me to write in a journal, and keep it at school, then reads it when i'm not around, treats me like I'm five and says weird things to me about my body and no one does a thing about it, Is it okay for me to start trolling and openly telling him to F off?

If a teacher is doing that then you should probably tell a parent or a counselor or something if you haven't already.
And if no one does anything about it then yes. I'd probably do the same.

I have, my mom went to the principal and nothing has changed. I asked nicely for him to leave me alone and nothing's worked, now i'm just messing with him when my work is done

I think it depends on where you live but it might qualify as sexual harassment.
Which is a crime.

um i mean this is something that can be taken in many different ways, but the way it's being described tells me they are reeaaally overstepping personal boundaries and should be fired. yes, call him out. heck, warn your classmates, make a post on facebook, record them when they're being weird and show the principal. do what you have to in order to make yourself feel comfortable and safe.

there's a fine line between being friendly and being creepy, but he's passed it by a mile. in my honest opinion, do whatever it takes to make him stop, or get an authority figure to stop him. get the police involved if it escalates or doesn't stop. you'd be within your rights, as even if it isn't sexual harassment, if you tell him to stop and he doesn't, it's still harassment and punishable by law.

•♕• for the love of god report it to the school. if that doesnt work, im pretty sure you can report harassment to the authorities as well. dont treat it like a game or a joke, this can get really serious really fast, and if the teacher is doin what you say he is doing, someone that disgusting shouldn't be allowed o teach in schools, and is probably doing the same things to other girls. •♔•

If the principal isn't stepping in tell another teacher or report it to the authorities. If someone is making you uncomfortable likes that and is an older adult as well as a teacher it's sickening. I would report it to the authorities at this point.

I know the principal didn't help, but do you think there's another teacher you can contact? I'm not sure they'd have the power to do anything, either, but at least you'd know there was another adult in the building on your side.
To answer your question, stay safe, but he definitely deserves to be told to f*** off. He sounds disgusting.

teachers are usually mandated reporters, so if you tell another teacher and they see it as sexual harassment, they'll legally have to report it (If they are a mandated reporter)
i strongly recommend going to your school district's superintendent (or someone associated closely with the superintendent) if the school will not do anything. the superintendent will have an incentive to take action because these things bring really, really bad publicity (if nothing else)

They're the only ones who are guaranteed to do something about it (although tbh that's not even true sometimes) or at the very least they'll be the most likely to make a difference and make him stop.
