I have to say, Silverstream is probably the most helpful StarClan warrior. I just realized this yesterday as I was reading Omen of the Stars. Because a lot of the StarClan cats were panicking and didn't know what to do and Silverstream was the most calm and mature one out of all of them. I find that funny because she was immature and spoiled while she was alive, but I respect her so much more now when she went into StarClan. Silverstream tried to help others and gives cats advice while the others panic and ruin lives, like when Yellowfang told Jayfeather to tell Cinderheart her "true self", and when Spottedleaf was only involved because of Firestar. But Silverstream helped everyone. She was worried about Millie. She helped Ravenpaw, and managed to cross skies from far away just to help him. I have more respect for her because of this. Silverstream helped others while the other StarClan cats were useless.

Yeah, this is why I like Silverstream. Not necessarily because of her relationship with Graystripe, but instead for how helpful she's been, even when she was still alive. I just wish her character was more fleshed out, and this is why I wouldn't mind if Silverstream got a novella since it might help give her more of a personality instead of just being a plot device of a cat who didn't think of the consequences.

I liked Silverstream both when she was alive and in StarClan. She had a lot of potential when she was alive, especially for development, and her being alive could have changed a lot in the plot. But you know the Erins, they wanted to give Graystrip man pain, smh. While she was in StarClan she was also really helpful, I was so glad, cause I was sick of SC cats being so rabid and annoying and never telling the real meanings of their supposed warnings. I liked Feathertail too, I can't remember if it was her over Crow's kit, or Silver over Gray's kit, but they were talking about how they wanted to help them badly, in a way being a foster mother of the sort. I thought it was nice. Personally I feel like Silverstream wouldn't waste a second in fostering the 3 B's if she could, I think she and Feathertail both had this caring and nice nature about them. It's refreshing compared to the usual bratty cats we see like Yellowfang, or the obsessive ones like Spottedleaf.

Her death was pretty tragic yet predictable at the same time. She gave birth at a very young age for warriors standards, she and Greystripe got together very quick, probably counts as early teen pregnancy, it was expected that she would have a hard time living through labour

Even more than that....like the only reason Stormfur and Squirrelflight couldn't have been a "thing" is because they were in different clans. Also Feathertail was pretty close to Bramblestar back in the day too, looking to her for opinions and whatnot on their journey. Imagine if they happened to get together...Also Silverstream becoming a part of ThunderClan would be interesting. She'd be a pretty headstrong she-cat, as a queen or a warrior. |

Like honestly Millie's character really went down hill when she got with Graystripe, it was so unnecessary, they could have just stayed friends. Personally I don't like Millie, she's just that one odd one out, cat that just doesn't seem like they fit in with the clan. And was only used to bring in new bloodlines. |
