Where would you rather live? While living in the mountains doesn't have much to shop there, it's a lot more peaceful, and people are.. well, nice. I go to Big Bear in California all the time and people are really nice up there. My grandma actually told me some lady who worked at the restaruant we used to go to all the time asked for me a few weeks ago, lol.
I do like the cities, but it's very loud here and people are rude. I have seen a few alcohol bottles and a cup just lying somewhere one day when I was walking and I felt very uncomfortable, so I just got out of the area as fast as I could. I feel a lot safer in the mountains. You can do a lot there like going on hikes, looking at the stars clearer than you do in the cities, and so on. It's a shame that Big Bear's water is going down. My grandma said she hasn't seen the lake so low like it is now.. the drought here is awful.

I find cities more appealing solely because of all the good memories I've made in them. Mountains are pretty, but I always was afraid of falling off of them or being crushed by a boulder or something

Does the country count as mountains?
