She'll ask you about the weather, she'll tell you about her day, and more often than not she'll make a good natured joke. She's honest, but knows when to keep her mouth shut and some say she doesn't have a mean bone in her body - although her brother would probably say otherwise. As the younger of two kids she can be treated like the youngest or middle child and what has resulted from this is an outgoing young woman who can be independent but is naive and has trouble accepting that sometimes you don't get what you want. Cecilia loves to make people laugh, but rarely at the expense of others - unless they're Emanuel. Publicly, Cecilia is a sweetheart who will tell you the truth if you ask for it but she's not going to be entirely blunt with you. Privately, she's still a sweetie, but she picks on her older brother left and right, poking and prodding him, asking him if he's ever going to leave his room or taking his things and hiding them. If she's close friends with you, she'll treat you the same.

She has very poor eyesight, like so bad that sometimes she can't see at all - but that's mostly when she gets migraines. She can't wear contacts because her prescription is too much for contacts and they seriously bother her eyes. she goes by Cece because she thinks Cecilia is too formal. She loves calling her brother E-man even though he goes by Mani and absolutely despises the pet name she's given him. She loves ducks and her favorite thing to do is go boating. She's a water lover indeed. She enjoys the company of others, she thrives on friendships, and she looks up to her brother, even though she messes with him non-stop. Her birthday is November 17 and she was born of two very serious parents who were there for most of her early life but around the time she turned 7 or 8 her parents started to get more busy - her dad's business was taking off and her mother's management career was taking her on long trips. Then it was mostly just Cece, Mani, and the nanny, but when Mani started high school it was just cheaper for the Balint's to pay their eldest child to babysit instead of pay a nanny to feed and put the children to bed. Cece is closer to her father than her mother, sometimes she and her dad talk for hours, whether it be in his home office or over the phone on the nights he works late, they're still pretty close. Cece and her mother don't always get along but that always calm down after a blowout over Cece's "life choices" and shake hands and move on.

Sure, he does share a few things with her but personality traits between the two don't exactly match up. Emanuel is a serious young man, intent on reaching his goals through the pursuit of higher education. As the older of two children, he is more reliable and independent. Sometimes he finds himself seeking approval from those higher in standing than him, but for the most part he doesn't mind what others think. He's truthful, edging on blunt, and sometimes he has to watch what he says. But at least you can count on him to give you the full truth and nothing but the truth. Emanuel likes to go by Mani because he feels that Emanuel is too formal and he prefers to come off as approachable and friendly, even if he doesn't seek out interaction with others. Contrary to his sometimes brutal honesty, Emanuel is also a very polite young man. Opens doors for the elderly and women, always offers to pay the bill, and is always willing to walk an old woman across the street. Of course, though, Emanuel is one who tends to keep to himself and his studies, you'll often find him either in the library reading a thick book or in his bedroom, at his desk, researching something. He does fantastic in school and he's handy around the house. Emanuel is self-sufficient as well and likes to prove himself - meaning he despises asking for assistance.

Emanuel really does love his sister and like any big brother, would do anything to protect her. Them being so close in age, however, loosens the stress on his shoulders because that means he knows she knows to be careful, but he'll still beat up a bully if they call her a mean name. He notices that sometimes Cece gets angry with him because his parents adore him, but what she doesn't realize is that behind closed doors, their father can be a ruthless business man who grows hot with anger when Mani tells him he doesn't want to go into business.
