Dovewing's mate is a well known subject, so I decided to analyze all the toms in ThunderClan at the moment, hoping to find Dovewing's perfect mate. (Note: I excluded the retired ones. Also, she's only shown interest in toms so far.)
- Bramblestar: I think the Erins are sticking with Bramble/Squirrel from here on out.
- Jayfeather: He's a medicine cat, and he's already called by Half Moon.
- Alderheart: He's a medicine cat, and if he gets with anyone, it will be Needletail.
- Stormcloud: The Erins have already forgotten about him, and if they remember him, he'll be with Cherryfall.
- Bumblestripe: Let's not go through that again.
- Tigerheart: Seriously, let's not go through that again. Instead, he should become Tigerstar.
- Rowanstar: Her name is Dovewing, not Star Flower.
- Brackenfur: He's waiting to be reunited with Sorreltail in StarClan.
- Thornclaw: He's wrapped up in the worst new ship.
- Cloudtail: Let's leave the "falling in love with grandpaw" plotline to Starkit's Prophecy.
- Dewnose: The new team seems to want to avoid incest, so Dovewing probably won't be with her uncle.
- Snowbush: He's with Lilyheart.
- Birchfall: Let's just forget that this ever happened.
- Lionblaze: He spent a whole arc getting with Cinderheart.
- Molewhisker: He might already be dead, and we just don't know it.
- Mousewhisker: The Erins forget he exists, so he probably can't exist to be Dovewing's mate.
- Berrynose: No way.
- Fernsong: Her name is Dovewing, not Clear Sky.
- Larkpaw: Dovewing is not a predator.
Conclusion: No one in ThunderClan is right for Dovewing. Dovewing/Hawkwing is the only viable pairing!
