I hear our coast is going to get it. A+ to my parents for settling away from the coast.

my school got cancelled for 3 days last year due to a power outage after a wind storm, so i guess ur best bet is to just hope for a power outage (and hope its not too cold... we froze to death cause it was november lol)

My school was cancelled for tomorrow because it's being used a shelter for those fleeing the hurricane. We had to cover up all of the computers with trash bags in the case that the ceiling leaks.

A+ to my parents for choosing to live in the Pacific Northwest.
There's no such thing as a hurricane around here. Tornadoes rarely happen and when they do they're always F0 - F1.
The worst we get us some rain and wind. Minor flooding once a decade or so.
Good luck to those living in Florida
