So I've been really busy this week, but now that I'm a little more free I was tinkering around with visual novel creation software and I found one that's really interesting and seemingly basic (relatively speaking).
I haven't started on anything yet, tbh, but I was wondering if people thought it'd be a fun idea to create one in the realm of the Warrior Cats universe.
It'd have to either be significantly after VoS, just to avoid contradicting canon, or in an entirely different region with different clans, altogether, though the latter option is less likely.
It'd definitely be a mix between romance (don't worry it'd be PG-13 at most) and plot points, though I'd definitely want to add in a romance-free option just for all the content single-pringles out there, based on the character(s) you choose interact with.
I'm interesting in seeing any input.
*Note: By help, I just meant script feedback and maybe (if anyone is up for it) some help designing background scenery.
If you're not sure what a visual novel is: It's an interactive game (usually first-person POV) that has branching story lines that depends on the decisions you make with the other characters you face. It's often associated with anime-styled art and storyline, and is more than often romance-based (infamous for some games with sketchy content), with it's largest appeal being that you can get various endings, often classified either as true, good, normal, or bad ends. So the fun is trying to figure out all endings and interacting with all the characters in different ways.
