Sunkit

I hear the loud booming voices of my Clan. "Ill name this one... Moonkit and that one... Sunkit!" Says a voice like steel. I hear the gasps all round me... "Shut it!". "2 wonderful kits......" Says a soft voice I know as my mothers. I smell a silky milk aroma, the creamy one the I suckled from, the safe and strong smell of my den. I force my eyes open, a surprisingly bright Ray shots not into my eye. I'm blinded! Wait, no, Nevermind.

"The test will being 1/8 of a moon" Says a leader like cat. My mother is looking desperately and my sister, Cherrykit, He - Who is Leader witch I will call he, murdered her in cool hard blood. Welp at lest that's what we thought. "Good bye!" He says, and leaves. My mother, desperately shakes my sister with hope. I hold my breath, her wonderful eyes flicker open, Moonkit and my mother jumps for joy. Only I see the worst of it, He will find her and kill her or throw her away like a dead old bit of prey.

"Cherrykit" I whisper, know it will be the last time I see her, I though we would be family for ever, defending the Clan together. She was much stronger than Moonkit, that mouse brain, I bet he won't survive the test, he's to weak and usless, still love him as a brother though. I will protect Cherrykit to the end. Even if that means giving her up. I've hear of a Clan that would take in her. I try to play with her, her eyes light up with a hopeful ting. I lick her and we go off to play wait... I see a small flicker of a white cat with blue eyes, a different emotion comes over me, a feeling of love. As if I have another life.
