I'm shaking really bad, I feel faint and dizzy and just sick and I don't know why. it hit me while I was waiting on food to mircowave, and I'm known to have blood pressure randomly drop (to the point I'll faint and come back after a view seconds) if I get up from sitting/laying down or hadn't slept or eaten within a couple days - which isn't abnormal for me but it always goes away when I lay down. I'm laying down and my throat feels constricted & I'm shaking and I don't know why I just feel awful.

Go to bed and close your eyes, or at least lie on a couch and watch tv dude. Just relax and take care of yourself, and I'd also recommend sipping at some water or soda if you have any.

Do you think it might be an anxiety or panic attack?
Try breathing in through your nose, pushing out your stomach as you inhale to force yourself to relax some of your stomach/chest muscles, and then slowly breathe out through your mouth.
I'd say just stay laying down till you're confident you'll be ok when you get up.

I can't hold anything, well, I can, it just shakes really bad and feels heavy. I'm drinking some dr. pepper and I have some soup. I'm laying down about to open netflix. I just came back from the store. It feels like an anxiety attack, I mean it's how I'd imagine one, but I've never had one before, so I don't know for sure.

Just eat plenty of sugar and protein. You're probably experiencing a crash. I recommend a few Granola Bars if you have any, along with maybe a Popsicle. Also drink plenty of fluids and lay down for a bit.
Also check if you have a fever or are experiencing anything linking to an illness. Sometimes you also have those symptoms if you're incredibly sick. Having a lack of food and a fever will only make the crash worse, unfortunately. That, and the crash usually causes an increase in blood pressure (if you're experiencing a rapid heartbeat), so it may just cause a fever despite having no illness.
That, or it could be an anxiety attack. In that case, try some breathing exercises and listen to some whitenoise. Unfortunately, I don't know quite how to handle them myself, so that's all I can say.
Take care of yourself. Just try to do little to nothing until the symptoms stop. Moving is the worst thing you could do.
