I asked which parent Ashfoot was a descendant from on Vicky's facebook and got this:

"Her grandmother Mistmouse is the descendant from Windstar.
She also looks very similar to her, if they would stand nearby you would think they are mother and daughter."

YES! This means that my theory/headcanon of Mudclaw being a Windstar descendant has been confirmed because Mistmouse's daughter, Ryestalk, was Mudclaw's mother. I am very happy right now.

At least half of WindClan, if not all, are probably direct descendants of Windstar.
