I'm going to have to get mine taken out soon and I'm not looking forward to it The experience of wisdom teeth removal is actually quite hilarious. Depending on the individual, the doctor will sedate you and do all the work while you are blissfully unaware. Then, when you wake up, you're completely out of it. Where as my older siblings where trying to call their significant other while still quite loopy, I kept asking if I was okay and if it was over. And you have a valid excuse to demand milkshakes and ice cream as you really can't eat much for the first few days. Everything will be fine

That was my biggest fear, but I didn't get like that at all. I just felt really tired, more tired than I had ever felt in my life. I remember when they woke me up I didn't move or open my eyes for like ten minutes because I just wanted to go back to sleep. But once I got in the car I was fine and back to normal

I have wisdom teeth, but they haven't grown in yet. I might have to get them cut out, according to my dentist. :c

I remember I first realized my wisdom teeth were coming in when I went to see Twilight in the theaters. I'd bitten down on popcorn and felt sore, and I realized I felt a tiny hard tooth just barely starting to poke through my gum way in back. We scheduled a removal as soon as we could. It went smoothly, I wasn't loopy afterward, just sleepy, and didn't have any major issues (in fact I had to back off on how much pain medication I was taking; the amount they'd prescribed made me feel sick and I didn't need it even though I'm typically rather sensitive to pain.)
My sister was just slightly silly; she thought that her bottom lip was her tongue and that she'd lost her lip, and while they were driving home, she pointed at a house and was like, "What's that blue thing?" and my mom replied "That's a house." My sister stared at it for a few seconds, then shook her head and said with complete certainty, "Naw."
One of my friends had six wisdom teeth, some of them were double teeth. Aside from winning some weird genetic lottery and having extras, though, her surgery was otherwise normal.
