So, I have a picture that I want to use for my profile picture/avatar and I need to turn it off mobile mode to edit my profile pic/avatar. How do I turn the website off mobile?

Yes you can!
There is an option to switch to desktop. (somewhere q.q' )
EDIT:
I am on my tablet. If you scroll ALL the way down on mobile, you will see a dashboard/desktop tab. Click on desktop.
