When people are selling black kittens with Halloween for a sales pitch, it really isn't safe. Like could you people maybe hold onto the until November? I get that you probably don't want them but why don't you keep these little guys safe this month and have their mother spayed?

I got my black cat for my birthday 2 years ago, which just happens to be about a week before Halloween. It wasn't because she was black though. I wanted her because she was a sweet cat. I got her from Cat Adoption Team, they weren't being sold.
You shouldn't sell living creatures just because they go with a holiday. Done people will only have things like that because of the holiday.

Well if you adopted her that's good seeing as it wasn't like some person selling them for 5 bucks or free. Agreed, like chicks and bunnies around Easter is really bad too.

I wouldn't get an animal just because of their color anyways. If I like them, I like them. If I fell in love with a hairless cat I'd still get it. I don't let my cats outside anyways because I live in a city and there's an attack dog and feral cats that run loose. The fee to adopt her was $120. I do know soneone who boughtchickens just for the sake of Easter. I don't like them.

My neighbors bought ducks for their kids for Easter, but they've just showered them with love. They've already beaten the odds by living through their first year, which sadly many do not. Although one of them started having a problem with its leg over the summer. Like its leg is all swollen and makes it super hard for the ducky doo to walk.
