(Okey dokey xD)
Archer huffed when he finally reached the girl, pulling out his sword, he placed it against her shoulder. Wasn't this familiar? He'd just done the same thing to her moments before. Only this time he was determines he would not lose her. "I would ask you what your doing. But I won't complain." Archer breathed heavily, making him sound as though he'd been running for quite some time. He needed to get in shape, desperately. "Kindly walk backwards and keep your hands at your sides. No reaching for hidden weapons" Archer breathed, struggling to hold his blade steady as he caught his breath. He didn't want to cut the girl, but he seriously needed a moment to collect himself.

Alice was not very shocked this time when the guard had reached her, she was pretty much asking for it by standing there. His tired state amused her though, you would think for a guard they would be sprinting this distance no problem. That was why she found the corner of her mouth going up into a smile before she recognized the seriousness of the situation. She backed walked back slowly, hands at her sides. Alice had no other weapons about her except for a knife or two in her boot that was not exactly possible to reach at this moment in time. She did not resist while she walked but she did pause for a minute to let the tired guard catch his breath. Alice may be an assassin but she was not about to kill someone by making them run.

Archer was pleased that she complied, well relieved was a better wording. As he gulped in air, he spoke, "Than-" But then suddenly stopped himself, remembering he was talking to an assassin. He'd almost thanked the woman that tried to shoot his sister with a poisonous arrow. Archer quickly covered his slip but snapping quickly, "That's close enough." He'd caught his breath now, but he was sure his face was red. Maybe she wouldn't notice. What did it matter anyway? He was simply taking her to prison anyway. "Turn slowly" Archer said speaking slowly.

Alice was getting a bit excited when she believed he was about to say 'thank you', but went back to her normal state after he stopped himself. In her opinion, she was happy enough she almost recieved a thank you. And one that was not coming from her supervisors when she killed. However, she figured maybe she can get one out for someone. Whether it be the guard or someone else. She followed his orders without question, not wanting her life to still be at risk in case he was thinking about hurting her. She turned around, somewhat slowly but not slow enough to where he had to snap at her to hurry up. She hated being yelled at. Her supervisors did get mad at her, but they did not yell. They made threats that they will keep if you were to keep doing the wrong thing. That is why she has a scar running across her side, it was the worst punishment she had ever received.

Archer now glanced over the female in front of him. He could shackle her up, but all he had on him was rope. Which would mean setting aside his sword and attempted to tie her hands. Archer wasn't interested in that part. But he was not interesting in her running again. That was definitly something he wasn't interested in. He looked at the female. "If you'd be so kind as to come with me." Archer said flatly, but his voice was gaining back its nature sarcastic and playful tone. It wasn't exactly a tone that he did on purpose, it was almost always there whether he wanted it to or not. "And no running, not again." Archer added, stepping to the side and motioning with his sword.

Alice held back a laugh but she did smile when he asked her not to run. She found it humorous that he was making the situation slightly better than it was. When he asked to follow him, she nodded and said, "Okay." Trying not to show that she wanted to laugh. Alice clasped her hands behind her back, showing that she was not reaching for any weapons or anything that she could cause trouble with. Maybe they will just lock her up and keep her there. Anything was better than death. She had come to fear it more than anything else.
(Sorry, I know that's short)

Archer was a bit surprised when she actually responded. Most of the people he captured were insistant upon ignoring him. Either that or they believe their eyes were blades and if they glared at him hard enough he'd crumple to the ground in defeat. The latter of the two was quite annoying. When they glared he always had an odd sense that they were watching him. It also gave him an eerie feeling. At times he'd rather thy try to physically fight rather then glare. Archer waited until she had passed him and then he walked behind her, silently sheathing his sword and just pulling out his dagger. Daggers were much lighter and easier to carry while walking. "Still not obligated to tell me why you're here?" He asked, trying to keep his tone casual. But he was extremely curious himself. Mostly because he wanted to know if there was someone after his sister. He didn't understand why someone would even want to assassinate her, but if they were after he, he wanted to know. For sure.
(xD It's alright)

Alice held back a sigh of relief when the guard sheathed his sword, she could tell by the sound it made when he put it away. She was a bit stiff as she knew that he was walking right behind her, but figured he would not try to kill her on the spot without talking to the king first. She looked around when ever asked her why she was here, as if looking at the trees would help her answer. However, there was only one response she could give, "No, I apologize." She told him simply, not trying to sound rude in case it came off that way. Alice was not allowed rude person until angered. He seemed to try to get a response out of her by remaining casual. But she knew the tricks. She felt some attachment to the place that make her kill for a living. And she was sickened by it, maybe it was because she had spent her entire life around them that she felt that attachment. It was like a leech, attached yes, and very harmful.

Archer raised an eyebrow as she apologized. Why would she need to apologize? That was a new one. This was a strange girl this one. He'd never had someone be so willing to listen to orders. Or stop int he middle of their escape. Or apologize for not giving information. Archer wiped the confusion off his face even though she wouldn't be able to see it anyway. Archer sighed a bit, he needed at least something to give to the King. He continued with his questioning, but he didn't press as hard. Obvioulsy intimidation didn't work from the way things went last time. "Can you at least tell me why you tried to kill my sis- the herbalists?" Archer quickly corrected himself. "You don't have to tell me who sent you or what sent you. I don't need an information on them. Just the reasoning behind it. Why attack an herbalist when you could've easily slipped into the castle from your position and shot the king himself?" He asked, his tone casual as always, with the cursed playful and sarcastic undertone.

(Wisp is in the Medical wing, cleaning up her mess. But I've got to get off) Cedric had finished his meeting with his parents, and he has been feeling nauseous, so he decided to go see one of the herbalist. Wisp was the first herbalist he had found.

Sorry! At the dentist
Alice hoped that he saw her differently than other criminals. At heart, she was not one and never wanted to be. It killed her inside that people don't believe that she was actually good. She sighed when he asked again, but in a different form. She caught on when he almost said 'sister'. She did not realize they were related. "If I said why, it would be my head after they cut off my arms. Revealing my motives would give too much away. I did not realize the two of you were related. The herbalist and you I mean. If I could help it I would not separate siblings." She told him in a very apologetic tone. Alice felt guilty for almost killing his sister even though he had tried to kill her.

Wisp looked up as she heard someone come into the medical wing. Straightening, Wisp had an armfull of jars and herbs. "Um, Cedric is it?" She asked hesitantly, "do you need something?" Wisp asked quietly while turning and dumping the jars onto the empty cot. She wiped her hands on the sides of her clothes to get off the dirt and then turned back to look at the guard. Or was he a solider?

The young Prince was amused by the young herbalists ignorance of his position in the royal family, so he decided to not give any indication of who he was, "Yes, um, Wisp is it? I finished my patrol about an hour ago and I have been feeling nauseous ever since I finished the patrol. I would appreciate your assistance."

Archer huffed at her answer. This was getting anywhere productive. He stiffened when she spoke about Wisp, she'd caught his mistake. Archer mentally scolded himself and swore to watch his words more closely. Archer wanted to get off the topic of his sister. It was unnerving how apologetic this assassin seemed. It sounded truthfully genuine as well. Which is what worried him more. She must be an excellent liar. Archer tried for another approach. "No matter. The penalty for attempted murder is hanging at the gallows. You'll be jailed for a few days, receive a fair trial. But the evidence against you is over-powering. If you are truly sorry, you could simply tell me your motives and then be done with it." Archer continued casually. "Your 'cult' can't get you while your in the dungeon's so if you tell, they'll have no way of dealing out punishment. You'll be dead if you keep you mouth shut. But if you tell us something, even the tiniest bit of information. They might give you pardon. Sentence you in service to the crown for so many years. They couldn't get you that way either, not while your under the King's protection." Archer said simply.

Wisp nodded with a small, soft smile. At least some people new her name. She quickly stepped to another empty cot and patted it. "Then come sit!" She said quickly, "it's not good to b walking while your feeling ill. Come sit and I'll grab some herbs" She said lightly.

Alice but her lip, thinking for a while. There were a lot of factors on either side that can influence her desicion. She dies both ways, we'll maybe. Her organization that she worked for could find her. Especially the more experienced assassins. However, they hardly went in to the dungeons, maybe she'll live longer. She might as well give them a little information. "I may say something, I may not. I need time to think." She told him. She would probably be influenced to say something very easily with the right technique.

Cedric did as she instructed him. He sat down on the cot, and thought to himself, 'this is going to be entertaining. I wonder how she is at chess?' Cedric loved getting people to play because he believed that how someone plays is a reflection on their character. Before he tried to get her to play chess she has to help him stop being naseous. Cedric have her a small smile, and looked around the room.

Archer nodded, glad he'd at least made a dent, but they were almost to the castle. She needed to make a decision. "Feel free to take your time" He said lightly. "the King will wait for an answer. Now your group.....I wouldn't know. But we'll hope they're gracious enough to give you a few hours or days of decision time." Archer said in his casual tone. But he watched the girl for any kind of outward reaction. He really hoped to get somethign before he arived back. Of course having something wasn't required, but he liked to have something to offer the King besides the criminal.
Wisp rummaged through her herbs and talked to him over her shoulder. "Now, tell me when the nausea started. Was it after you ate something new? After you'd grown hot and sweaty from teh heat perhaps?" She questioned, finishing gathering a handful of things. She turned and walked back to him. Wisp frowned slightly. There was something familiar about this....Cedric and she felt foolish when she couldn't put her finger on it. Wisp quickly replaced her slight frown with a small smile. "I'm sure I've seen you before. What is it you do in the castle?" She asked curiously, setting her herbs down beside him.

"I am a member of the guard," Cedric replied casually, "The nausea started after I had been in the heat." Cedric was hoping that she wouldn't catch on to who he was, but if she did it was no big deal. Cedric enjoyed messing with people, and was a special kind of ornery.
