Who do you think the smartest cat is? What about the dumbest?
For smartest, probably Sol or Shadowstar.
I'm not sure who the dumbest would be. Darkstripe?

I thought that most of the villains were pretty smart. Specifically, Sol, Hawkfrost, and Tigerstar. Jayfeather was also pretty smart. So was Firestar for uncovering Tigerstar's plan.
I think Mothwing is the dumbest for still not believing in StarClan after seeing them with her own eyes, yet showing to believe in the concept of leaders having nine lives.

Smartest: Jayfeather
Dumbest: Hmmm this is actually a hard one. Blackstar? He was called a dumb brute in the OS. Most of ShadowClan atm seems pretty stupid with not regulating and managing their apprentices well. Berrynose and Mousewhisker never came across as that bright either.
